Alan was great ! Changed the screen for my daughter’s IPhone in about 5 minutes, the price was the best in all Austin. Alan answered all my questions over the phone and, even, gave me a price guarantee on line. Parking might be difficult, but, heck, wash your car while you wait.

Excellent and quick service. I cracked my iPhone 6 and checked Unilocal for a service center in South Austin. I came across Bee Cave Wireless and found all the repair reviews were 5 star. I called ahead to confirm they had the parts and was quoted a price along with an expected repair time. I showed up and was in and out in 15 minutes with a new screen at a reasonable price.
The shop is located in a car wash.

I brought my daughter’s i phone in to have the cracked screen replaced for her birthday. Alan did an exceptional job at a fair price. He was prompt and courteous.
Well, lo and behold later that night the phone failed to hold a charge. It was working fine when we brought it in to get the screen fixed. So the next day we took it back in to Bee Caves Wireless.
Alan determined that our problem was with the charging port which was unrelated to the cracked screen. Alan spent considerable time on her phone trying to get it to hold a charge and checking to see if by putting in another charging port it would work. He worked on it even well after closing time. He put in a used one and didn’t charge us a cent! Alan is honest and hard working. I highly recommend Bee Caves Wireless for all your phone’s problems and needs.

Dropped off two phones for replacement of damaged screens, including a Google Nexus 4 and a Moto G. Came back a couple hours later, paid the agreed upon price and left with two perfect phones for far less than it would have cost to replace them. Alan, the technician and I assume owner, is professional and courteous well. Planning to bring a Nexus tablet in for repair as well.

A three-​ton diesel truck backed over my iphone, and then for good measure, drove over it again. The frame was bent and the screen was beyond shattered. My company said it would cost eight hundo to replace it. Whaaaaaa??? And this is the CORPORATE rate? Out of sheer sticker shock, I put my little crushed device in a ziplock bag and rushed it over to Alan fully expecting him to tell me I would have to cough up the cash for a new phone. The good doctor performed emergency surgery on my baby and within 10 minutes I had a fully functional phone that looked good enough to display in any Apple showroom. Alan is an angel sent straight from heaven.

This guy was great. I smashed my iPhone screen and he replaced it in about 20 minutes for $ 30 less than what the Batteries + Bulbs guys were going to charge me. The only downside is that it is located inside the busiest car wash in the world (probably) and the parking situation is kind of a mess. But otherwise, awesome and easy experience.

Alan always fixes my broken phones fast. He is willing to look at any electronics so if it’s broken take it to him before you throw it out. He’s fixed my phone when no one else can. He works magic on iPhones. If it’s broken take it to Alan at the finish line car wash.

It’s nice not to be laughed at when I do something really dumb. Like let gunk get in my phone microphone holes so that no one can hear me talk — duh :(But Bee Caves Wireless saved the day and my ego. Within 5 minutes of cleaning and without one smirk, my phone was ‘fixed’ and ready to go. Great service and attitude and very helpful owner — I’ll be back the next time I’ve been dumb with my smartphone. I appreciated the smiling help and kind attitude.

**NOTE! This shop is located INSIDE the Car Wash at this address. I drove by it 2 times until I called and asked for directions. He did not tell me that when we spoke on the phone earlier. So TAKE NOTICE when your GPS takes you to a car wash, that is it… park and walk inside the car wash’s main entrance.
He repaired my iPhone 5’s Lightening Port today. I felt like my iPhone was in good care by a trust-​worthy, skilled professional.
He started off trying to clean out my iPhone 5’s Lightening Port with his tools, but after scrubbing the pins and blowing air inside the port, it still did not work. He showed me the pins under the magnifying glass, and we could see one of the pins was completely corroded.
So, he popped the iPhone 5 open, replaced the Lightening Port with a new part… and now I have a fully working iPhone 5 again! Yay! It cost me $ 60 for the parts & labor, and total repair time took under 30 minutes. He seemed very knowledgeable, eager to help, and extremely kind. I would definitely come back again for my mobile phone repairs.

I went in to go get a charger for my new GoPro Hero. They gave me the wrong charger and when I came to return it they wouldn’t accept it because I ripped the box. I told them thanks for nothing and was very pissed off.

This a place you need to take your cell phone or tablet to be repaired by a person who has been during this for the last 25 years. I feel comfortable to let them repair my items and be handled with perfection. I have been going to Bee Caves Wireless for the last four years and plan to continue. Accidentally slammed my iPhone under the trunk lid. Camera broke. This guy completely disassembled my iPhone and reassembled to assess the damage, no charge. He said he could order a new one and it’s be there in 24 hours.
I went back the next day and within 15 mins he had completely ripped my phone down and put it back together with the new camera and I’m fixed! The total was $ 39.99 (including tax)
I’d definitely go back again.
It should be noted that this business is located inside the car wash. I drove by 2x before I figured that out.

This was the best wireless repair place I have ever dealt with. Very friendly service and great prices! My iphone 4 had an ear speaker that was not audible. 15 minutes later it was as good as new, and it only ran me $ 15! Will definitely recommend Bee Caves Wireless to friends and will be returning if I run into any future problems.

I am writing this on behalf of my wife, who was sweet enough to get my iPhone repaired while I was studying for final exams. The home button on my iPhone 3GS stopped working and I hadn’t even thought of replacing it. My wife did tons of research online: Craigslist, other wireless companies on Unilocal,none of them had the professionalism or reasonable pricing that Bee Cave Wireless provided. My wife told me that Alan was very friendly, very reasonable, and it only took about 10 minutes to complete my iPhone home button repair. He only charged me $ 15 since my actual home button was not broken, just needed some dusting up and cleaning. Everywhere else my wife asked wanted to charge a minimum of $ 30, and some of the people who advertise on Craigslist work from home which is totally sketchy. I highly recommend Alan with Bee Cave Wireless and would definitely come here for help again if needed.
P. S. Don’t believe the negative review from Jeff K. My wife came here based on the positive reviews and was very impressed. You can tell Jeff K. is a rude jerk because the majority of his reviews are 1 star and they’re pretty harsh! Guess you can’t please everyone.

This store and these people are worthless inconsiderate and terrible business people.
I have been there at least three times looking for a trackball and he never has them. I don’t know why I keep going back for more pain.
I went there today and of course no new trackballs but the mutt at the counter offered me a used trackball out of a phone that looked like it had been sitting in the bottom of a river for 3 weeks for twenty bucks. The trackball looked OK but give me a break. I offered him $ 15 and he said «no twenty, they cost me $ 10.00 new.»
BTW– the owner was out of the store and would be back in «30 minutes.»
I asked him if I could use his Allen tool to take the 5 or 6 set screws out of the phone and do it myself which I know how to do and he said «no, that’s how we make our money.» I said you’re going to ask me to wait 30 minutes for this clown to get back. There was no way I would let the guy there touch my phone.
I said «are you kidding me?» he said can’t let me use the tool. What great business acumen. What consideration. Sell me a shitty used part and not let me pop it in. It would have taken me all but 9 minutes to install it.
I would rather use 2 tin cups and string than walk back into this shit-​hole mess of a store and deal with these imbecilic scumbags.

I am officially a HUGE fan of Bee Caves Wireless.
First and foremost, they fixed my Windows phone for $ 35…yes, THIRTY-​FIVE DOLLARS.
My Samsung Focus had water damage, which is definitely not covered by ATT’s warranty. And silly me, no insurance…
After taking my phone to the ATT Support Center, it seemed my only options were as follows:
1. Buy a new phone at retail (app. $ 400)
2. Cancel contract (app. $ 300…WTF…)
3. Keep paying $ 60/​month for a phone that doesn’t work AND buy a $ 20 GoPhone AND pay $ 15/​month for basic calling rights…
Either way, I felt like my bank account would get, um, you know… it rhymes with «grape»…
I used my good friend Unilocal to find Bee Caves Wireless, dropped my phone off, and received a call the next day that the thing was good as new.
Their customer service is fantastic — always super nice on the phone, and they seem like such carefree techy dudes (when I walked in to pick up my phone, the dude had his feet propped up on the desk with a big smile on his face)
And, the most important thing to take away from this review, the repair was $ 35!!!
In summary: if you are like me and do not feel like giving your right arm to have a working phone, TAKE YOUR DEVICE TO BEE CAVES WIRELESS. =)

My beloved iPhone accidentally got smashed up by a stripper the other night (see my Chicas Bonitas review…) and my «home» button quit working. Of all the problems to have on an iPhone, this might be the worst as the phone becomes completely unusable without this button. I switched to an Android phone, which while nice, didn’t let me check in or use some of the other really cool Unilocal!app features that I love so much.
I ran into an old friend last night at Lucky Lounge and he suggested that I go see Alan over here, so I stopped in this morning with my phone and told them what happened. After some laughter, my phone was opened up and in surgery. Within 20 to 30 minutes, I walked out with my phone all cleaned up and in perfectly working order, all for a measly $ 35 bucks! Incredible! To think, I was going to send it off to some place on the internet and pay them $ 45 just to diagnose the problem!
Highly recommend these guys for repair on any type of phone, and they have a small Verizon phone shop here as well.
