I’ve been with Brent Allen since 2013 and love them. His team is efficient, polite, professional, and willing to work with you. I would recommend getting your auto, life, and renter’s insurance through Brent Allen — State Farm. If you’re looking for quotes, then look no further!

I was referred to Brent years ago and was very happy. My situation changed when I bought a couple more homes and looked around for a good deal. I left and went to Liberty Mutual. Brent called me personally to see if he could keep my business. I was stubborn and did not stay with Brent. That was a HUGE mistake!!! Liberty Mutual has the worst customer service and their rates jumped over $ 100 in just a year. Well, with all of the being said, I went back to Brent. He personally called me to thank me for my business. I will never leave again.

Ryan at Brent Allen’s office was very nice. He made our transition from Atlanta to Texas very smooth. I have been a statefarm customer since I was 16, and loved the office Ive always dealt with. I was sad to find out that they couldnt write my new policy in another state. I was recommended to this office by the leasing agent at the new apt complex we will be staying.
Im really happy he did. I feel very comfortable already with them, and was very impressed how fast and easy Ryan made the process for it.
He called my old agent to make sure I still got all of my discounts transfered. I will now pay almost the same price as I did in GA! Yay

Brent and his team take the time to get to know you and your insurance needs. Often, when shopping insurance we get in a hurry and only want to look at price. But taking the time to understand the differences between the cheapest and the right coverage pays off so much when claims arise.

Want an agent that will bend over backwards for you? Want an agent who has staff with CORRECT information regarding your policy? Then DON’T choose this one. I have never been so DIS-​satisfied from a State Farm office in all my life. Getting a vehicle stolen is a huge loss of security and makes one feel vulnerable, happened to me and still have yet to get a call saying, I’m sorry for your loss, I’m here if you need me… NOTHING. Quite shameful if you ask me. State Farm claims isn’t much better, I got a mono-​toned adjuster who didn’t speak human very well and only wanted to hear what he had to say. Sad to say, my trust for Brent Allen and State Farm was completely lost and will never be regained. I have since changed to FARMERS and am now happier than ever!

Brent and his entire team really help you find the best policies for your needs and your budget.
I used them for my condo policy and they helped me when I eventually decided to rent the place out as well to make sure I was covered. The State Farm online system is really easy to navigate and if I ever had questions, I could reach out to the team at his office or Brent himself. They also don’t over pressure you into adding additional policies which I liked (they did ask, they just didn’t bug you about it) :)
Eventually I switched to a military insurance company because of my husband, but got a nice thank you message for my business from Brent himself.
Overall I’d recommend Brent and his staff.

Helpful informative patient staff! I got an incredibly low insurance rate for excellent coverage and I talked to the receptionist over the phone to ask a question about my insurance policy, and she couldn’t have been sweeter. Yay State Farm
