My name is Wendy Redding. I am a postpartum doula with Training through DONA (Doulas of North America) as well as the Maternity Wise Organization. I have current Infant/​child CPR and first aid certification for Health Care providers and a background check. I have personally experienced the challenges that new mothers face when trying to balance the needs of a newborn, their own needs and those of their family. I offer parents the helping hands needed in those first few weeks following birth so they may bond with their new addition, as well as evidence based support and any necessary referrals.

Beautiful heart and soul. Amazing woman who I will forever
Cherish our time with. I have recommended her highly to many and am proud to have been a part of her world for two years. Wendy taught me to trust and believe in my motherly instinct and that «voice» I felt and heard in my heart. She was there for me both emotionally and spiritually through my first and my second childbirth. She blessed them both with so much love.
I miss her since we moved and had a difference
Of opinion which seems to have ended her friendship with me. I wish her the very best and would love to still be a supporter of hers.

I could wax on and on about what an incredible woman Wendy is. Between the emotional support, practical day to day help, and nurturing care for my newborn and myself during the postpartum time, I just don’t know what I would have done without her. She truly is a miracle worker.
Wendy is completely intuitive and somehow knows the right amount of help to give and when. She is gentle and so loving toward my newborn, I trust her completely with him.
I have never met anyone who is so perfectly suited to the work that she is doing. She is completly focused and present when she is here.
My family and I absolutely adore Wendy. She is like the sister who you need when times are rough and I feel so blessed to have had the fortune of working with her.

My only regret about hiring Wendy to help us with our second newborn was that we did not hire her for our first (older) child!
Wendy is truly gifted at what she does … always knowing what needs to be done (without having to be asked) and yet sensitive enough to also not try and «run» the home front.
My wife loved having her as additional support, my older daughter thought Ms. Wendy was the coolest, and our newborn son could not have received better attention from another doula. As a working dad, it was a big relief knowing that when I couldn’t be there to help (inevitable due to work travel demands) that Wendy would be there.
I HIGHLY recommend your family give serious consideration to hiring Wendy (and a word to the wise, she books up quickly, so don’t delay making plans to get her involved).

I cannot say enough good things about Wendy. She was so helpful when my son was a newborn. We had alot of sleep issues and her comments were helpful but never overbearing. She is great at meeting you where you are with your style of parenting. She is also been so useful with nursing concerns that I have had with my son. She continued to work with me until my son was 1+ years because I continued to nurse and her support and advice made that relationship with my son as fruitful as possible. Her demeanor is also upbeat and cheerful and treats babies with complete respect. My son LIGHTS UP when he sees her. That says it all.
