They installed and maintained our security systems in two residences since 1988. In 2013⁄2014 they installed security camera system which works great. Their services are top notch and I would highly recommend.

I’ve used this company for more than 14 years and they are great. The system they installed for me all those years ago still works like a charm. And when I forget to undo alarm they call to check on it right away. When I’ve had repair issues, such as new windows installed or battery life nearing end they are out in no time.

Drrrrring, driiiing… phone rings off the hook and no response. Hang up, call again. Repeat 3x. I finally get a voice message telling me to leave my number.
Okay, let me get this straight. You are a home-​monitoring service. If I sign up with you and leave town, how can I expect you to protect my home if you won’t even pick up the phone on a Monday morning?
Cadarean should get one star for inaccessibility but I threw in an extra star because they come highly recommended by several real estate agents in Austin and unlike goliath companies such as ADT and Brink, they are locally owned.
Still, please pick up the phone!
