A few random bits of info about me: I’m a big fan of mid century modern furniture, almost anything in the color teal, cupcakes, striped shirts and I’m a lot bit dorky.

I wouldn’t be where I am today without my parents, who are both pro photographers, and to them I am eternally grateful for my inherited talent. Eventually they finally got tired of me borrowing their cameras so on my 16th birthday I received my first real film camera and from then on I photographed everything I could. I studied photography and journalism in college and graduated with my Bachelor degree in 2011. I live in south Austin with a small dog and my incredible boyfriend Kurt.

Weddings are amazing and I love being a part of them. The day flies by after months upon months of planning and I’m happy to be the trusted professional there to photograph the day and share in the excitement. I love getting to know your family and friends and I’d be honored to photograph your day.

Caitlin did our engagement shoot and wedding photographs, and there are really no words to explain how incredible she and her work are. Right off the bat, we felt so comfortable with her, and like she really «got» us as a couple. We were inundated with compliments on how amazing the pictures were for our engagement shoot, and it totally put my mind to rest; I knew she would do a fantastic job at the wedding… and she did not disappoint! She got the perfect mix of formal and candid photos, and she truly captured how happy and exciting the day was. She is a joy to work with, and brought out the best in our wedding. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, and will refer everyone I know to her!

I met Caitlin through a referral from another photographer, and immediately liked her style. It was so easy to work with her for our wedding, which was a very small at-​home event (just us, the officiant, and Caitlin) followed by a reception at Parkside. Caitlin was professional, prompt, and thorough, and captured some fantastic shots for us. It makes me so happy to look back at them! Caitlin even drove us from our house to the reception so we didn’t have to deal with two cars as we stopped for portraits at a few places. And, she worked with our budget to come up with a package that was perfect for us. She’s a real find!
