* This woman/​business can accumulate some serious bad reviews!
Barbara Durr of * Durr Property Management * was receiving horrid reviews from the online community. Recently I noticed that she now calls her company * Capitol Area Property Management * FYI.
Could it be from all the bad press she was receiving from her former name? I dont know. But I dont want to you, dear property owner/​renter, to miss out on the chance to see what those who have come in her path have to say. So I am providing links below to take you to those pages with reviews on her former/​current business.
As for me, I hired Barbara Durr/​Ables to manage my 2 bedrooms condo w/​garage only 2 blocks from campus. She over priced it, didn’t properly advertise, it sat empty for 5 months, I paid 2 mortgages (Austin & San Francisco), went broke and had to sell it. That was supposed to be my retirement. Oh well, thanks Barbara.
