History

Established in 2010.

The Carstin Team at Keller Williams Realty was founded in 2010 when Carly and Justin Gonzalez combined their real estate businesses and started working together.

Carly got involved in real estate by flipping houses at the age of 24 and then started her residential real estate sales career in 2008. Justin got his start in real estate by investing in a small brokerage in 2001. He got his real estate license in 2003 and has been selling real estate ever since.

Since Carly and Justin joined forces, they have doubled their business every year. They have been honored to have won several awards including Platinum Top 50 Agents and NAHREP Top 10 Agents. They currently serve on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) in their office and enjoy training and teaching other agents how to reach their highest potential.

Business Owner

Carly is a native Texan (grew up in Plano, Texas) and LOVES Austin! She went to the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Idaho and has a Bachelor of Science degree in sociology and criminal justice with an emphasis in human services. After a short stint of working in juvenile probation, Carly worked in the high tech industry as a customer service and marketing manager in Pullman, Washington. She began investing in residential real estate in 2001 and flipped houses as a side business while living in Washington. After having 2 children, she wanted to be closer to family and moved to Austin, Texas in 2006.

Carly started her residential real estate sales career in 2008. A series of life changes led her to meeting Justin Gonzalez in 2010. They combined their real estate businesses and formed The Carstin Team. A great working relationship led to a personal relationship and they got married in 2012. They have a blended family with 5 children between the ages of 6 and 15.
