CARTS SUCKS! These people either don’t get you to your doctors appointments or they get you there 30 – 40 minutes to an hour late. This business is completely unprofessional and should be out of business. They never call you to let you know if the drivers are going to be late. You have to call them multiple times and if you manage to get them on the phone rest assure the reps lie and give you bogus time of when the driver is supposed to get there. And the driver doesn’t even come. This makes the patients look like idiots at the doctor offices and CARTS doesn’t give a sh*t.
