Celeste’s Natural Kitchen specializes in preparing delicious, healthy, gluten-free meals for busy people who don’t have time to cook, and who want to feel better and have less stress worrying about their food. We specialize in food allergies and sensitivities, gluten intolerance, Celiac, and other special diets including Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, GFCF, Whole30, Weston A. Price, AIP, and GAPS. We only use all natural ingredients. Our goal is to remove the stress of finding and preparing real food so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy, all in the comfort of your own home.
History
Established in 2014.
Celeste Gustafson has been studying nutrition and cooking for special diets for over 25 years. She has cooked in natural food kitchens and studied herbal medicine at the California School of Herbal Studies. Her own experience with gluten intolerance and food sensitivities has inspired her to help others to heal themselves through diet.

Business Owner
Celeste grew up in a family that loved food and always grew a big organic garden. Her first exposure to the personal chef world was as a teenager when she accompanied her aunt on a personal chef job in Burlington, VT She attended the California School of Herbal Studies and worked in the natural products industry for years. Throughout these adventures, Celeste has taught herself a growing repertoire of world cuisines, tailored to every imaginable diet. She has learned from individuals and books, as well as by intuition, trial and error, and an innate talent with food. Celeste prioritizes the flavor, health-giving properties, ethics, environmental impact, carbon footprint, and social responsibility of every ingredient, choosing local, organic, artisanal, and pastured ingredients whenever available. Celeste lives with in Austin’s South Lamar neighborhood.
