Whether you need something unlocked, a new key for your vehicle (including high security), or your home or business rekeyed, we are here to help. Central Lock & Key is a mobile locksmith service, so we come to you, no need to find a locksmith shop.

We are a family owned business, so our normal business hours are Monday — Friday from 8 – 5. However, we realize this doesn’t work for everyone. Give us a call and we can set up an appointment if you need something outside of these hours.

Meet the Business Owner

Scott R.

Business Owner

Scott has been a locksmith for over 10 years. He has been with Central Lock & Key since 2009. When the previous owner of Central Lock & Key decided to pursue other interests, Scott jumped at the chance to purchase the business. He & his wife, Gina, run the company together in keeping with the family-​run atmosphere that CLK has promoted since it was established in 1988.

Scott and Gina both grew up in the Austin area and are raising their 2 boys here as well. They spend most of their free time supporting their sons’ baseball teams.
