I have moved 10 times in the last 20 years with the assistance of professional moving companies, and this move was very disappointing. Sales process — good. Very prompt to provide bid and solicit business.
Service after the sale — poor. Wrong address, specialty piano mover did not show, damaged items, 3 month delay for inspecting damage, claim denied and no help from local agent.
