Excellent customer service! We are new to the area and wanted to replace the carpet in the house are buying. We chose Chase and let them know the tight time line we were on with closing, furniture delivery, etc. No problem. Bryan was extremely accommodating and helpful in selecting style/​brand and measurements. He even called us to let us know of a price decrease since our original quote! Lauren called to set up scheduling, and everything happened as she said. We did have one minor hiccup which she happily resolved in our favor with no problem. The installers arrived on time, were very professional and did a great job. Bryan even stopped by afterward to check on the install himself. We couldn’t be more pleased, and we will definitely be using Chase again in the future!

This is the second time we’ve used Chase Flooring and were hoping the disappointments from the our first time weren’t systemic. Now, we aren’t so sure.
The first time we used Chase, our ordering experience for our tile was OK but we feel their installers were terrible. They left a huge gap between the tile and the wall because they assumed we wanted to use quarter-​round with our baseboard (we didn’t).
The second time around, we decided to use our own, trusted, installers. So, we ordered the tile through Chase and everything seemed to work. They told us they would email us some confirmation number by the end of the week so we could go pickup the tile at their warehouse (warehouse? strike #2). However, on Tuesday and I still had to get on the phone 5 times to finally get someone to send me this confirmation number.

We did a lot of research on carpet and price comparison before deciding on Chase Flooring. Customer service is very important to me and I found their sales team very friendly, helpful, responsive, and on time. We waited only a week before the carpet arrived and we were able to schedule instillation. We were told that the instillation team would arrive between 8−10am. The day before the instillation we received a call that it would be between 9−11am because «something came up». Since customer service is important to me, I found this to be rather frustrating since we have a small child and I had arranged for the day to be centered around an 8−10am arrival and a 4 – 6 hour instillation time. I asked if it was possible for me to be notified when the team was on their way, and I was told that it was not. No big deal, I understand. However, the day of the instillation I actually received a call letting me know the team was on their way. I was very appreciative for the heads up. My husband stayed at the house while the installers were there and we were pleasantly surprised when it took them less than 2 hours to complete the instillation. However, after they left we began to find some problems with the instillation. When we were putting the rooms back together we noticed that there were nails sticking up through the carpet in the entryways into each of the bedrooms. It was also very apparent that the dresser in our master bedroom had been placed on its end and ALL of my jewelry was tossed around inside of the dresser. While all of the pieces were accounted for, we had to disassemble the dresser to get pieces of jewelry out from the drawers runners in order to be able to open up the drawers to the dresser. I called the store to express concern with the nails and the need for someone to come and fix the nails, but it was after 5pm and I wasn’t able to reach anyone. I contacted the woman who helped set up the instillation on her cell phone and left a message… I never heard back. I called the sales manager on his cell phone and he assured me he would follow-​up in the morning and get someone out to fix the nails. My husband also sent emails trying to reach someone. We placed towels over the entryway into the bedrooms so that our small child and others in the home would not injure their foot walking into the rooms. By 11am the next morning (day after instillation) we had heard nothing. My husband called and was told that someone could come immediately or the following day (two days after instillation) to fix the nails. Since he was at work, there was no way he could get to the house in time for the immediate fix, so we settled for 9−11am appointment two days after instillation. My husband rearranged his day to be at the house during the set time. However, no one ever called and no one ever showed up. Therefore, my husband fixed the problem himself. I am extremely unhappy with the lack of follow through following instillation. While this may have been a simple fix, we paid to have the carpet installed correct and without nails sticking through that could have severely injured our child or someone else. While we had a great experience with the sales team, I would say our experience was downhill from there. Chase Flooring has very competitive pricing, no hidden fees, and quick turn around on getting the actual carpet scheduled for instillation. However, there is little to no follow-​up following instillation if there are problems. Furthermore, while a quick install is very nice, it does come at a cost, which is a lack of attention to detail. We had hoped that Chase would be a great company we could continue to use to finish some other flooring projects in our current home, and in future homes. However, we will not be back and will not be recommending this company to others.

I have had the fortune of working with Phil Powell. When it came to replacing the flooring in my home, it was a little overwhelming. I gave Phil a budget and he essentially narrowed down a few selections that were within my budget and I based my decision on what type of décor was already in the home. It was a very seemless process and the installers were great. I highly recommend using Chase Flooring Group!

Phil and his team were amazing. We had flooding right before the Holidays and they had us ordered and installed immediately and they were even better than before.
The selection is wonderful and they themselves were extremely helpful and professional, but very personable! Highly recommend.
