I just found out that the bridge Dr. Chelkowski gave me that one of the root canal done on of the tooth’s holding the bridge was done so poorly that the tooth cracked so low the tooth can’t be saved and because they started a root canal on the other tooth but didn’t finish and then filled it and walked away I will also lose both and now I’m looking at a denture in that area!!!

I’ve been coming here for the last year or so. I really love this dentistry. Dr Chelkowski is a great, wonderful and nice doctor. I’ve felt completely comfortable (knowing myself I’ve always been scared of dentist), yes it is an older office but they have done some remodeling, all the assistants, hygienests and Yvette the billing/​insurance coordinator. All very nice and helpful. I regret this but I had left this dentistry only to go with a doctor that was in my PPO plan becasue I was told it might be a little cheaper I chose Dr Argezar at LIFETIME SMILES on William Cannon and Manchaca, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I will never return, he pressured me into Care Credit, becasue their they dont have payment plans. I got stuck and screwed over with a $ 1500 care credit bill. I am still paying that off. I came back to Chelkowski. I told him of my horrible experience. I will never return to them and I’m truly happy with this office. Good place! and yes he gives you his cell phone number if u have any questions you can call or text him! Now that is awesome!

Great Doctor. Gives his patients his CELL phone in cases of emergencies. He really cares about patient well being.
My only complaint (which is what kept me from giving 5 stars) is the difficulty getting in to see him for the standard cleaning and yearly visits. I have to plan out so far in advance I never know if I’m even available during those times in the future.
BUT considering the crappy dentists that take my PPO, he is worth the extra effort.
