We had a great party at this location. It is always a madhouse, and the place was totally packed, but the kids had a great time! Our coordinator, Mariah, did a great job assisting us and keeping the party on schedule. Host parent do need to stay on top of the guests as they arrive — ensure they hear the party announcements, token passes are working, and everyone has drink cups, etc. They made it easy to add guests(drink cups, food) that were not included in the original count. It can be a lot of work if you have a lot of guests(we had 13 kids and 20+), but I would do it again).

My kids love Check E Cheese. It’s convenient, clean, close, and safe. They always make sure that we have all of our kids marked with stamps so that they cannot leave with anyone else. They are always sure to check us at the exits too. The staff is always friendly and the games are modern.

Pretty awesome! Held my daughter’s 2nd bday here today, and it was fantastic. You never felt rushed, or pushed. You didn’t feel stressed out in the least. They take care of everything. All I brought, other than my kid of course, was the cake. They provided everything else and it was all wonderful. Was the first time my kid ever really tried pizza, and she wanted more. Was really surprised that she wasn’t terrified of Chuck, she waved at him. but when you’re 2, what are you going to do with a person with a big head. oh well. But the main part is, is that she had fun, all our partygoers did too. Fantastic idea, very clean, great food, and fantastic service. Definitely a huge positive change to the old chuck. Can’t wait to go back again! Thanks for all your help Chuck and the management, and our wonderful hostess!

Went down to Austin for Spring Break with the idea of taking the kids to Sea World in San Antonio. It ended up raining the entire time we were in Central Texas, so we looked for indoor things to do with the kids. This CEC was pretty clean(better than some of the ones we’ve been to in Dallas).

I love this place. It works for ALL ages, and you can always get coupons online. My children are 2 and almost 4 and we visit Chucky cheese at least twice a month. They both love earning tickets and getting prizes. I love the fact that they stamp you when you enter and no one can leave with your child. This place is perfect for rainy days or sunny days

I have always had a great experience at this location. Even on weekends when it’s busy and chaotic employees are nice and the facility is clean. I’ve had two birthday parties here and I come through out the year for my kids. Great place– food is descent and packages for tickets and food is reasonable!

As far as Chuck E Cheeses go, this is the best. Do it. Clean, friendly and spacious.

Overall this was a positive experience. They stamp everyone in your party with a number and check it before you leave so that no one else leaves with your child. The employee doing this was friendly and helpful. We bought some tokens and started playing. We had a 5 year old and a 17 month old. They had a blast! Besides the parents hogging the machines to earn tickets(and giving us nasty looks if my 5year old accidentally dropped a ball at their feet), we all had fun with the games. They have some for the older kids and adults too. We did order food and for the price it was terrible. 2 pizzas, 2 orders of chicken nuggets, and 6 drinks for $ 80. The kids liked their chicken but the pizza was so-so. We didn’t try the salad bar but it didn’t look bad. The main reason I docked two stars was because of the employee working behind the counter(we ordered food from her, ticket prizes, and she brought our food to us). She didn’t offer a smile, hello, or even make eye contact. When we asked whee the forks and knives were, she brought them to us but had her hands all over them. She was not patient at all with our 5 year old, who had trouble picking a prize, and walked away when she was unable to choose within a minute. We then had to wait for her to return, and she just stood there until we approached her for help. She then took down the prize and disappeared into the back after mumbling unintelligibly. She did finally check us out but left us feeling as if we were inconveniencing her and not welcome. I would recommend this place as a child’s play time — skip the food. It was very fun and our 5 year old loved it!

3 ½ stars. Pretty clean for a CEC, and they do take the in and out traffic seriously for security. For a day that is 100% young kid focused, this isn’t a bad idea. Get 150 tokens for 30 bucks and turn em loose(with close supervision). Gets insanely crowded with birthdays on weekends and they do have the mascot out performing which is exciting for little ones. Or terrifying if you’re my child. Not a bad afternoon. We didn’t try the food cause… Eew. But for what it is, they get a solid a ok from me.

My son just had a birthday here. I was honestly shocked at how cheap it was. For the amount of money I spend on decorations, prizes, food, goody bags, I had Chuck E. Cheese do it all for me! And they did! There was a piñata, Chuck E sang happy birthday, they fed the kids, put the presents in a bag for me, got the wrapping paper trash. The hostess was so sweet and helpful. I didn’t have to lift a finger. Even the manager was sweet and helpful. The pizza was a lot better than I remembered it being. Of course it’s no Homeslice, but it’s better then Little Caesars. I wish the birthday room was separate. It’s all open, and it’s a bit small, but everyone had hours of fun.

I guess I will pop this places Unilocal Cherry. lol I recently had my sons birthday party here. I really love how new it is, everygame is nice and shiny, nothing broken. No play area with balls to make that very distinctive smell we all grew up with, you know what Im talking about. lol This location is way better than the old ben white location, much more spacious, it felt like twice as big. The staff was really friendly, managers, party host, everyone. Its a chucky cheese, you know the drill when you come here, this one is the same as most others, but the staff and cleanliness make this one tip the scales a little more in favor of me returning. The only thing I could see being a problem here is parking, the lot is kinda designed weird and doesnt seem like it would hold the amount of people I could see being inside. Oh well, nothing can be perfect lol.
