Classi Diva Pet Spa

Our mini Australian Shepherd had her first spa visit today with Qian! WE ARE SO PLEASED! She went in smelling like tree branches and came out smelling fresher than the citrus trees in Cali! And back to the bear shape that we prefer! She came out so soft and extremely happy, you could really tell she had a great time and was truly comfortable! I love the fact that it is family owned, inexpensive, and even low key. My dog doesn’t really like high traffic situations. There are also a number of other things I truly loved. Its appointment based, when its your time its your time. No more waking up at 7am to wait till 3pm to pick her up. ITS SO FAST! like literally so so fast! ITS AMAZING WORK! Not kidding, this is truly the best haircut, bath, I mean the baby smells amazing and looks even more spectacular! And its not one of those overwhelming smells, like you get a headache, its more let me dig my face in you and lay here forever! They are not put into cages for hours upon hours, its open so they can roam and socialize. To sum it up, it’s a great place and well worth the money. We will most definitely be back!

My little white fluffy dog doesn’t shed, so he just gets bigger, and BIGGER. I drop off a stinky dirty mop and Qian returns him to me looking like a handsome gentleman. Also, he loves to go to Classi Diva because Qian and her mom are super sweet and let him play with his friends instead of being stuck in a cage.
They are always on time, and the groom is top notch. Thanks ladies!

How have I not written a review in the last 3 years? Probably subconsciously wanting to keep her all to myself.
Consistent great grooming, clearly cares so much about dogs, they know exactly how to handle my pups so they remain calm! They also come out smelling AHHMAZING for like 2 weeks you just can’t help burying your face in their fur, kind of jealous I can’t personally find a body wash so great actually. Prices are very reasonable. No nicks, cuts, or bad hair in the three years they have been going. Take a look at the pic of my happy & beautiful pups to see for yourself :)
I had prev. taken my pups to a local austin groomers and they did a good job but I was horrified when my dogs were shaking and trembling refusing to go back inside when I scheduled a 2^nd appt. I was really worried about how they were being treated when I wasn’t there to see. At Classy Diva Pet Spa, they stroll in happily and are too busy playing when we come pick them up to notice when we first walk in! That is the biggest perk for me to know they love it there too.

Hands down THE BEST groomer ever! A friend recommended Classi Diva Pet Spa and Qian become my pup’s first groomer. He always came home smelling so nice! I loved how he wasn’t in a cage whenever I came to pick him up. We moved north near Pflugerville and started using the grooming service at a vet near the house, but if Austin traffic wasn’t so bad, I would have had no problem making the trek to Qian.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Qian is! I have an older and very persnickety Yorkie-​poo who hates everything about baths, hair cuts, nail trims and everything else which goes along with grooming. But Qian has tamed my mini-​beast, takes the best care of him and I am ever so grateful! I am moving back to Arizona next week so I won’t be able to take Boomer back to her for regular grooming sessions, but please believe me, of all the places I have taken my dog for grooming (many and in multiple states), she is far and away the very best! I made the trip to take Boomer to see her from far north Austin and it was worth it every single time and today was no exception!
Don’t hesitate to take your fur baby to see Qian, you will not be disappointed! And don’t forget to make your next appointment with her before you leave. She is very busy and booked out way in advance, but she is worth the wait — really!

My dog Hailey went in for a bath brush today. She came out smelling great and was frisky and happy! Her fur was extra soft and fluffy. Qian is always so good and makes Hailey feel relaxed. She doesn’t even care that I am leaving, which is a lot for a dog with separation anxiety! Hailey is a big 80lb pup with lots of energy, so not the most simple pup to deal with. They are efficient and a great price! The staff’s friendly attitudes are unmatched. Hailey won’t go anywhere else!

My 3 year old poodle just spent the morning with Qian and her crew, he looks amazing! I really appreciated all the care Qian took to make him look great and hopefully help him avoid getting so many sticker burrs caught in his leg fur. The online scheduling system is awesome (I already booked his next appointment) and her prices can’t be beat.

I love Qian! She does a great job with my 8lb poodle puppy and my 14 year old, 17 lb bichon. She is very organized with her appointments and and caring with our dogs. They smell great and look darling when she’s done with them. Her prices are very reasonable as well. I am so happy with Claasi Diva Pet Spa and will NEVER go to another big chain groomer EVER again!

So glad I finally found a place like Classi Diva — Qian is a warm, welcoming and careful groomer. She does a really wonderful job on my 6 lb dog every time. In fact, its the best haircut he has ever had, he looks cute when I pick him up and he seems happy when he is there. Its great to know he is in good hands with Qian.

This is the second time I’ve taken my Pomeranian to Classi Diva and I’m a big fan! The first time, he just got a trim, so there wasn’t much of a difference in appearance. This time, we wanted his hair to be cut half as short while still being puffy since summer is coming up. Qian cut his hair exactly as we described and we love it! Aside from being super friendly and offering amazing grooming, you can’t beat the $ 40 price!
Qian also called me the morning of his appointment and offered earlier appointment times, which worked out great for our schedule! I love how you can set your own appointment online, cancel or modify it as well. Super easy and convenient! It’s a bit of a drive for me since I live in North Austin, but she is normally done in 1.5 hours and to kill time, there are some great restaurants and stores in the area. Boo will continue being a customer! :-)

Qian was warm and kind to me and the Ziv, who really hates grooming. The results were terrific and Qian’s high tech and gentle touch service made the experience easy for both of us. Do use your map app finding her the first time. Highly recommended.

We have two dogs. A standard poodle named Rocky and a raccoon we found in the woods and named Spike.
No, that’s not right. Spike is a Chinese Crested. The dogs that always win the ‘Ugliest Dog in America’ contests. Hairless with mottled grey skin, an underbite, a lolling tongue and mournful eyes. Like if Edgar Winters and Tom Petty had a love child that grew up to become an elderly crack whore.
Except Spike isn’t hairless. He’s a Powder-​puff Crested. He looks like a little grey bear. And his hair, which is real hair, not fur, never stops growing. So he needs lots of grooming. And he has an eating disorder. And Separation Anxiety issues. And possessiveness issues. And he’s uncomfortable around other dogs. And he farts. Essentially what he likes is to have a beer and a smoke and hang with Linda and I and our friends and complain about Austin taxes and the traffic at Oak Hill. Downwind.
This is not an easily groomed animal. He nips. And he doesn’t like anybody doing anything around the butt region and he’s prone to fear peeing. There is no reason why anyone would want to groom him. But Qian does. She’s been grooming him for a couple years now and when he comes out of Classi Diva He looks so ridiculously adorable that strangers walk up to him and start to talk baby talk to him. This disturbs him deeply but we make him endure it until he passes a cloud of hideous gas and those same people gag and stagger back. But even from a distance Classi Diva makes him look freakishly adorable. We appreciate that.
Rocky, on the other hand, is the calmest, coolest, nicest dog in the world. If you throw the ball for him a few times he’s your friend for life. And I mean friend. If you’re down and he’s near he’ll come over and lay on you. This is much nicer than it sounds. It’s like having a big warm living blanket hugging you, and you feel better because he’s there. He likes kids, babies, puppies, adults, other dogs and all god’s creatures except squirrels and the wild cur dogs our hillbilly neighbors the Bumpasses let run loose to bother people. He too has real hair, not dog fur. Because of this they don’t shed, and they are both non allergic dogs, so even if you’re allergic to dogs you’re not allergic to them. But this means Rocky’s hair keeps growing too. If we go too long between cuts his muzzle fills out enormously and his eyes are covered by a mop of curly head hair so he looks like someone took a black sheepskin and wrapped it around his head. This hair blindness results in balls bouncing off his head because he can’t see to catch them. He just sits down and hangs his head when this happens and this makes Mistress Linda immediately hug him and tell him it’s OK and he’s getting a haircut tomorrow. Qian makes him look like a rock star, seriously. I find myself wishing he had a soundtrack. When he walks out of Classi Diva people rush at him, then stop when they see us and start looking around uneasily for Gasmaster Spike. But they can’t stop themselves and have to pet Rocky anyway. He loves it. So do we.
Classi Diva is the only groomer that they have ever pulled to get into and when they see Qian they give her big dog kisses. That alone should tell you how good she is with animals. And it’s the only place they have ever left looking this good. The rates are reasonable, you can make appointments online, and they are actual appointments, not just dropping them off in the morning and getting a call to come get them late in the afternoon like at some other places. They are treated wonderfully while there, and always give Qian kisses when they leave too. And that, my friends, is the mark of a very special groomer.

It’s been a long search for a groomer that does a good job and that my dog likes but I have finally found her!
Can’t believe it has taken this long but better late than never. Qian did a great job on my dog and really listened to what I was wanting her to do and to avoid. The smile and happiness my dog showed when I picked her up spoke volumes.
She owns the business and does the grooming so your dog can get to know her and be comfortable with the same person every time.
I appreciate it’s not an assembly line with tons of dogs. Since she gives you an appointment and is only working on your dog, it’s a much more calm and focused environment. My dog came home with a cute pink bow on her neck. Nice change from the bandanas of other places She even has calming music playing during the grooming.
I am about to move north and will no doubt continue to make this drive south for this place.
I also like that is was easy to set up the appointment online (since I work nights) and that I got text reminders about our appointment.

I love the Classi Diva Pet Spa! I’ve taken my two chihuahuas to other groomers in Austin, and they always ask me to drop my dogs off in the morning and pick them up in the evening. Why do I have an appointment if you’re just going to kennel my dogs all day… WELL NOT AT THE CLASSI DIVA! She gives you an appointment and that is when she will be ready for your pup. I like that it’s completely open so we can see what is happening at all times. It makes me feel much safer.
My dogs come out of there looking great, smelling wonderful, with their nails perfectly trimmed and rocking an adorable bow! Also, parking is plentiful — such a relief nowadays in Austin!

My dogs absolutely love Qian! She is very patient and cares for my pups as if they were her own. Before coming to Classi Diva my dogs would not want to get out of my vehicle when arriving at the groomers, now they are super excited to go! My dogs have never been locked up in a Kennel and Qian doesn’t place them in a kennel which I’m sure is why they are so comfortable. I stumbled across Classi Diva a few months back through a living social deal and I must say it was coincidence. I love this place and would totally recommend it to anyone who considers their pet family!

Got a Living Social deal and tried this place out for my Maltipoo. I usually hate taking her to the groomers because it often takes all day and/​or she comes out looking really froofy.
CDPS was awesome! There seemed not to be a lot of other dogs there when I dropped her off, and she got to run about instead of being cooped up in a kennel. She has no crate at home, so I think she appreciated the freedom!
Plus, the whole deal only took a couple hours, and when I picked her up, she didn’t look embarrassingly girly! (Minus the bow they stuck on her, but next time I will just request a bandana!)
Over a week later she still smells good, despite having played a lot outside this rainy past few days. I also received a coupon for the next time I come in, so this is the cheapest grooming my dog has gotten so far, as well as the best. Horray!

I moved to Austin a year ago and Classi Diva is the fourth place I have taken my dogs to be groomed. Fourth and last! Qian is awesome and I cannot say enough good things. I have a Shih Tzu and a Bichon Frise and both came out happy and amazing looking.
The rates are very reasonable, she listened and did exactly what I asked (which no other groomer has done – crazy), and I could tell she really treated the dogs with respect. I also appreciated being sent a text message to remind me of our appointment and a confirmation email when the appointment had been set up.
Another person on here mentioned how the dogs were able to run around and get used to the environment before being kenneled and mine were able to do the same. I also noticed when I came to pick up my dogs that she had another dog strapped in on the table in process. She took that dog down from the table, put him/​her in the kennel and made sure it was happy before continuing her business with me. I’ve seen other dogs just left up there terrified and shaking at other places and it always made me very uncomfortable. Needless to say, I was impressed.
And at the end, Qian even helped me walk my dogs to my car because I had my baby in her carrier and had my hands full. Very considerate!
Last but not least, I got a follow up email telling me that she had noticed my Shih Tzu’s ears were infected and she had forgotten to tell me. I had already noticed and taken action, but I truly appreciated that email and the care it showed.
I have already booked my next appointment and am so happy to have finally found a groomer that meets my standards and makes my dogs happy.
Please try Classi Diva! You will not be disappointed.

We could not be happier with this groomer. Now she does run her business out of her apartment but don’t let that stop you. She obviously knows what she is doing and had both miniature schnauzers done in somewhere under 3 hours. That was the works for a very reasonable price for both dogs and one of them is not an easy groom. I tipped her $ 12.00 for the awesome job she did.
