I lived there for a year and would have renewed again, but bought a house. Pros: –The property manager(Rachel Montero) is really easy to work with and very understanding. Had a few issues and she addressed them right away. Always very nice and professional. Overall, the staff there does a really good job. –Maintenance staff is quick. Put the request in online and it gets fixed in a day or two. –The price is pretty reasonable considering how nice the apartments are and the location. Cons: –The walls are pretty thin(at least in my unit). You can hear conversations, TV, and adult activities late at night. –Parking is really bad closer to the front of the complex where the leasing office is.

The place is very nice. The apartments are like a mini house. There very nice. Now what I don’t like about this place is the gates always get broken. Both hot tubs don’t work nor clean. There’s a parking issue. There’s mix days one day there’s no cars next it’s no parking spots. There’s people from different buildings and their guests taking up ppl spaces who actually live at that building. The whole trash thing they automatically charge you use it or not. It’s also stains the stairs because ppl don’t follow rules using trash cans. But any who all that but they okay not the best and not the worst.

My wife and I have been living here since June 2013. It’s time for a one-year review. Pros: — one of the newer apartments around the area, built in 2009, so the appliances and the counter tops are all relatively new — haven’t had any pest problems, not a single roach yet(fingers crossed) — conveniently located right next to I35 for easy traveling to work — responsive maintenance, all work orders are addressed the next day — management is very nice Cons: — $ 30 valet trash, kind of pointless, no one follows the valet trash rules — $ 50 cable fee, can’t get out of it even if you don’t watch TV — quite a lot of unfixable problems considering how«new» the place is, such as large cracks in the baseboard under the carpet, discolored carpet, etc. — rent increase, our rent increased by 10% after the first year 2 Major Complaints 1) Lack of enforcement of the Valet Trash rules. The end result is a bunch of trash bags being left on the stairs, leaking, smelling, and attracting bugs. There are a ton of stains on the stairs due to this. Management claims that they are enforcing the rules. But from what I see, the trash bags are still there. So either my neighbors don’t care about the fines or the management is simply not handing them out. 2) Lack of enforcement of the Fire Code. It’s illegal to have/own a grill on your patio in Texas b/c it’s a major fire hazard. Trust me, apartment fires are pretty devastating. But my downstairs neighbor would actually grill with OPENFIRE right on their patio!!! And guess what, all the smoke and heat come up to our apartment. Previous apartments I’ve lived at would have handed down serious fines but here, they do nothing. The management refused to do anything so I had to call the fire department myself. Even the fire marshals said the management should have done something about it. Overall, it’s actually been pretty nice living here but b/c of the lack of attention to the fire code, I can’t give this place more than 3 stars. It doesn’t matter how nice your apartment is if it gets burned down by a fire. I really hope the management could start taking these regulations more seriously.

My sister-in-law lives here, so we visit every couple of months and I have been impressed with how nice their apartment and complex is. Pricing is fair. The apartments are spacious and newer. Grounds are well kept and maintenance is quick to respond. I love the big windows and high ceilings. It is centrally located and best of all, parking has never been a problem.

Let me start by saying that I liked the unit itself and that maintenance is prompt and efficient. However, I was falsely told of some features the apartment would include prior to moving in and was ripped off after moving out with ridiculous charges. Also, your rent will increase, significantly at each renewal time and the units are not worth the current price. No regrets, but would never live here again.
