Connect Hearing

This place, Connect Hearing, under the name of Jones Audiology basically sold me some hearing aids that they knew did not work and were actually making my hearing worse. When I inquired about the fact that I could not hear the people at this place conned me by telling me that I would get used to them and my hearing would improve eventually. Boohoo, the devices never worked and I really tried for years. I was one of those people who never wore my aids because they made my hearing worse. Did they care? NO. They never tried to help me with the «fact» (since they were testing) that the aids did not help. NO they continued to «encourage» me to keep trying. Years later I went to a GREAT audiologist and my new hearing was instant! and wonderful!
BTW I would not have bothered with this scathing review had Connect Hearing not called me on my personal phone line to advertise to me. It reopened this wound over the loss of hearing for years and thousands of dollars.
