CrossFit City Limits is an Austin fitness community, located at Burnet Road and HWY 183, based around a general workout program, CrossFit. This Austin fitness workout program is designed to achieve a wide variety of Austin fitness and health goals for a wide variety of people through high-intensity workouts centered around gymnastics, power-lifting, Olympic weightlifting, mobility, and cardio exercises. Each CrossFit class is capped at 12 people, allowing members to experience the advantages of small group personal training without too large of a class. CrossFit can be defined as constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Everyday allows for a different challenge, constantly challenging your body in different ways. Workouts are based around functional movements, which translate into real world strength and true fitness.
History
Established in 2012.
CrossFit City Limits opened its doors in March of 2012. Co-owned by native Austinites and childhood friends Blake Holman and Kyle Ligon, CrossFit City Limits’ mission is to offer small, personal CrossFit Classes. We are focused on providing flexibility in terms of class times and membership options to meet our members constantly evolving schedules.

Fitness has been a focal point for Blake his entire life. Born and raised in Austin, he played baseball, basketball, and football at Anderson High School before moving on to play 4 years of collegiate baseball at Trinity University. After graduating, Blake discovered crossfit and has been training for over 6 years. Blake is a CrossFit Level-1 Certificate Holder, and has received certifications for CrossFit Endurance and CrossFit Movement and Mobility.
