David J Tasch, DDS

I have searched for a new dentist here in Austin for a while and I have to admit that Dr. Tasch, his staff and his office all put the others I have visited to shame. I don’t have the best habits when it comes to my teeth and my other dentists (including the ones I have tried in Austin) all made me feel guilty about it. In turn I would never go until I would have a major problem. Dr. Tasch is never judgmental in his tone. He is patient, kind and polite but always let you know what need to be done and what your options are. He gives you this feeling that once he is done, your teeth are going be perfect and you will start with a clean slate to improve your oral hygiene.
The office is located on a high floor in an office building and has great views of a wooded area while waiting in the chair. The x-​rays are digital and presented on a slide out LCD screen so that you can see them. Everything in the office is modern. It gives you the feeling that if there is a way that this could hurt less, he has the tool to do it.
The office staff are nice and friendly without being insincere as many people are in medical offices.
The only thing when compared to other the price is a little high.
I really can’t say enough good thing about Dr. Tasch.
