Business Owner

Academic background in architecture, construction management and sustainable design and development. After school, moved into commercial real estate and general contracting, flipping homes in Denver, CO. Furthered my investor experience in New Orleans and Asheville, NC, and have advised builders, managed large scale residential developments and closed hundreds of deals of all types.

I have spoken and been published numerous times on the crossroads of real estate, economics and sustainability. Have advised municipalities in regards to the market impact of zoning strategies, and have sat on the board of many development and sustainability-​related organizations.

I have worked for decades to develop a broad toolbox of multi-​disciplinary skills, including zoning, construction process, design, development, strategic investment analysis, marketing, and via my new dwellinAustin platform, I offer clients access to a diverse array of services to meet their individual goals and needs.
