They are very proud of their work indicative of their ridiculous pricing for Shou Sugi Ban wood. I was willing to pay the price for convenience of local sourcing but they screwed up my first order an then kept pushing back dates for delivery of my revised order. They backed up my construction project by weeks with no accountability. Find some one else for Shou Sugi Ban or find an alternative wood finish.

As a real estate Broker, I’ve heard that Delta Millworks have had their hands in a number of commercial projects, including the restoration work of the Ritz theater in downtown Austin. However, I came to find out that they provided wood for the the exterior façade of a new condo community in trendy, SOLA Austin, and my client LOVED it. She was practically sold based upon seeing the craftsmanship of the scorch-​effect! Great work and these guys KNOW what they’re doing!
