Established in 2011.

Demand Lighting is a certified female-​owned and HUB certified manufacturer of LED lighting products. Our corporate headquarters is located in Austin, Texas, a city that prides itself on it’s dedication to being green. This commitment aligns with Demand Lighting’s mission to help reduce energy consumption across the United States.

Currently, we have established sales offices in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Charlotte. With plans to expand to Chicago, New York and Miami in the near future. Our manufacturer-​direct model gives the customer a unique buying advantage over traditional lighting distributors.

Demand Lighting’s expertise in LED lighting helped us transform our gallery into much better and more efficiently lit gallery. Matthew Rubino, who worked with us at Flatbed, understood our specific needs to flood the artwork with a maximum of light without compromising or washing out color. He was knowledgable about the our city’s energy rebate programs which helped with our ability to go forward with a complete change of traditional bulbs to LED bulbs. As he promised, the new lighting has significantly reduced our electric bill. We cannot be more pleased.

Demand Lighting recently retrofitted our 20 year old building with LED lights. I found their sales team prompt and professional. They made my choices easy and educated me to my options. Installation was a breeze. Demand Lighting had certified electricians install during business hours. They were like little elves working in the backdrop. The only thing we noticed was that the building kept getting brighter.
Follow through was impressive and customer driven. I had a small concern about some of the lights and was swarmed by Demand Lighting associates looking to address the concern and make sure I was 100% happy. No other company could have delivered as good of an experience than Demand Lighting. They make it easy for you to save money.

I recently purchased new LED lighting for a showroom for a flooring company I own. I was told about a rebate system that the City of Austin is currently supporting, where they will credit or pay for a substantial portion of retrofits, converting older high energy consuming lighting to more energy efficient LED lighting. Not only was Matthew Rubino with Demand Lighting able to illuminate my showroom with much cleaner and brighter lighting, but he was able to save us thousands of dollars on the entire project. The money we are expected to save on our electric bill alone made this a wise business decision. The beautifying elements that these new LED lighting fixtures have added to my showrooms ability to showcase our products is PRICELESS! Matthew not only supplied us with the new lighting fixtures, but recommended a qualified electrical company to install them all. All in all — it was a very easy process, from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Matthew with Demand Lighting for any business, commercial or industrial lighting projects. I plan to call on him again when we open our next location!
