Business Owner

After graduating from UT Austin with a BA in journalism emphasizing photography, I attempted the corporate route and although it had it’s moments, it lacked the creative aspect that comes with handling a camera.

Then ten years ago on a whim, a dear friend asked me to shoot her wedding in Hawaii. I knew I was going to shoot still photography, but I also knew that friends and family would be there, all in one place and dressed up for a happy occasion. This only happens a few times in most people’s lives and I decided that I was going to make the most of it with both photo and video.

Both mediums offer a unique perspective and bring something special to any event and I love blending them together into one timeless package.

Old photos, home movies and documentaries are my inspiration. My goal is to capture the essence of a moment in time and preserve it with the idea that future generations will be inspired by it.
