Don’t listen to the bad reviews. This is a quality shop with some very nice employees. I came in today thinking I needed to get my coils rebuilt, but the employee told me that I had just put the cotton it wrong. He showed me how to correctly rewick my vape free of charge. The juices are a little pricey, but overall good quality.

Extremely overpriced. The employees all appear detached and act overly omniscient. One refused to help me when I returned with one of their products that was malfunctioning.
Never returning to this store. Disappointed in the customer satisfaction rate there.

I’ve been here a few times. Selection on e-​cig stuff is great. All the staff is very knowledgable about vaping things. To those who said the markup is ridiculous, yea, the juice costs more than at most vape shops, but that’s because it is high quality name brand juice that doesn’t clog your coils. Name brand juice is twice the price as «in house» mixed juice because it is more consistent, it’s made in larger batches and much more accurate. Look online, name brand juice is about 15 $ a bottle. It’s the same here. Go in educated, know the online price and the shipping price and time, and make an educated decision, or pay the extra and get some advice from the professionals. I think it’s worth it. Just go in with a budget and expectations, they will help you sort out your needs without any attitude. Great store, good selection, good people.

Always had a good experience here. Helpful staff with quality products.
But lately, the last couple times I’ve gone in, I’ve gotten terrible service. Seems like they hired a couple lazy guys that are too cool to help customers.
This last visit, I walked into the store with 2 guys looking at each other wondering which one would have to be the unfortunate one to greet me. I asked a question and continuously got attitude.
Maybe I don’t fit their «ecig» visual I was supposed to have.

Amazing! I have been vaping since December last year, not realizing there is an entire culture and community of other people out there excited about never picking up a smelly cigarette again!
I stopped by to try the place out because I got my itaste2 wet and it died. Lucky for me I wandered in here! They have a ridiculous selection of flavors that are really high quality. The staff are very knowledgeable and very patient.
You can also try every flavor they have!
They hooked me up with the MVP. It is fantastic. I’m 9 months removed from cigarettes and loving it!
The prices were extremely competitive [even compared to online]. I will always pay a little more for great service, and these guys are great!

I have been using vape for a few years now, with that being said I have been to many shops all over the u.s. But never have I gone in and had some one actually give a crap about what I need… A few days ago decided to check out cloud 9 to see what they had to offer. I went in knowing I was just looking so I knew I wouldn’t really get to much info out of who ever was going to be assisting me… Well I was totally wrong «Michael» was the gentlemen that was assisting me and knew exactly what would fit my needs and gave me a complete run down of how these mods work even knowing that I was just looking that day… Hands down best service and knowledge I have ever received from a vape shop/​individual. With all that being said, I came back today to purchase what Michael recommended, and again he spent another hour and a half going over every detail possible! Thanks again Michael you were great!!!

Best smoke shop in ATX! Really friendly staff! Great glass collection with some really pretty pieces. Ive been trying to quit smoking and decided to get an e cig they walked me thru their entire selection and helped me select the best product for my needs. Seriously their customer service is legit– they’re not there to pressure you just to help :)

This store is great. It has a great atmosphere, is clean, and has a great selection of liquids. The staff are helpful, polite, and attentive. I have visited a few other stores in the area where they couldn’t be bothered to help, but at Cloud 9 they take the time to help you find what you are looking for. Do not let the prior bad feed back dissuade you from visiting as you be glad you stopped by.

These guys have expanded their selection of gear, eLiquid and glass it seems since I was in last. The selection of Suicide Bunny was nice, and I ended up getting a bottle. Prices are comparable to any other shop in town, and the guys behind the counter seemed to have a passion for authenticity.
If you’re looking for a good shop in the Oak Hill area, I’d recommend this place.
