Dunagan Team

I cannot recommend the Dunagan team highly enough! My husband and I were searching for our first house in the crazy Austin real estate game, and we felt so lucky to have such a solid couple on our side every step of the way.
Sheila was the first side of the team we worked with when we began our exhausting and seemingly endless search for the «perfect home.» She was extremely attentive (without being overbearing) and intuitive when it came to what exactly we were looking for. She made sure to keep all of our *must haves* in mind, while also suggesting places and things that we hadn’t considered before. Even though we primarily worked with Sheila in the initial stages of our search, Ron joined us in touring many of the houses, and then took over as our primary realtor when his poor wife came down with the flu.
Transitioning to working solely with Ron was so easy. It’s obvious that the Dunagans are a TEAM, not two separate entities with different end goals in mind – and they make sure you feel like you are part of that team as well. They make sure they are well informed on each house they bring to your platter, they run you through your pros and cons lists, and they fight to give you the best deal at the end of the day. We never felt lost or confused at any point, because the Dunagans explained every minute question we threw at them.
Furthermore, Ron and Sheila always made us feel like we were the only clients they tended to at any given point! In this day and age, it is so easy to be completely absorbed in taking calls and messages on the phone, but they made it a point to keep their attention solely on us. When WE were the ones bugging them on the phone, they made sure to respond quickly and efficiently as well.
Again, we HIGHLY recommend these two if you’re searching for honest, hard-​working, knowledgable realtors. They are the absolute best.
