First time customer, but I’ll be coming back! I am new to vaping, and Bryan was so helpful and kind. He gave me reasonable prices, great suggestions on devices and liquids, and fought me everything I needed to know. If you’re looking for great devices AND VERY reasonable prices, look no further!!! This place has it all.

Only vape shop in Austin that won’t allow you to bring your well behaved kids in the store. I guess I’m expected to hire a babysitter or leave my two year old in the car? Fortunately, every other vape shop in the city is family friendly. Come to think of it, so are all the liquor stores. Guess the new owners just hate children? Or maybe the fat guy was just upset we interrupted his buffet style lunch…

Under its previous owners, this was a great store. Sadly, it’s now one of the least competent and poorly run vape shops in the Austin area. And, given the number of vape shops that have popped up seemingly overnight, that’s really saying something.
Their house juice has a strange viscosity to it that causes it crystallize and makes it difficult to pour out.
The equipment is cheap and unreliable. The staff is pushy about upselling the batteries but dismissive when you return with questions or concerns about your purchase.
The customer service in general is pathetic. When you walk into the store, staff acts slightly perturbed that you’re there. Questions are treated as if the person asking is dumb and answered with the minimum number of words. I was going to let the manager know, until I found out that one of the chief offenders, Kevin, is the manager.
Thankfully there are plenty of well run stores where they’re grateful for your business.

I’m not from the Austin area but this place was definitely one of the best vape shops I have been to. They had a huge variety of juice to choose from which was a welcoming change for me. The guy that helped me was AWESOME. He recommended a few different juices and told me if I bought 2 I would get the third for free. He mixed up his «special blend» for all 3 and I was not disappointed.

Fantastic shop for all types of vapers, whether you are a beginner or an experienced vaper they are able to help you out in any way. The staff are always kind and courteous. Give their house juices a shot, they are honestly better than some premiums I have had in the past. Daily deals are also a major plus.

Came in with not knowing very much about vapes but the fact I wanted to switch from cigarettes to a healthier alternative. Talked to two very knowledgeable staff members who made it very easy to learn about vaping. They showed me their inventory with no pressure making it easy to decide which vape was for me. After deciding they went through the process of how to use it and maintain the vape. I would recommend this store to anyone who is interested in starting to vape as well as those who have been for quite awhile. They have a bunch of flavors to choose from as well as in-​house product that’s cheap and tasty. The store itself is nice and spacious. There’s a large counter with easy access to what they have to sell as well as a large portion dedicated to just relaxing and hanging out.

I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to vapes and mods so I was a little hesitant in coming in. They didn’t give off the «cloud chaser elite» mentality I’ve experienced at other vape shops. Probably one of the main reasons I don’t go by myself. Kevin, was very helpful and patient with me when I came in to build my mod. Service was fast and friendly.
They had a wide assortment of ejuices on display to sample. Usually some stores I’ve been to would try to sell their house blends as premiums but they were straightforward when I asked which was which. Their house blends were actually really good when I sampled them and he was very knowledgeable about the contents of each juice.
Honestly a convenient location for any UT student and anyone out of town that needs to visit for a refill or any other need. I’ll revisit this place again soon.

This is by far the best vapor? ecig store in Austin. The staff is just f-​ing awesome especially Evan. Ask if he is there when you walk in for help with getting you whatever you are seeking. They allow you to try a TON of favors and you can make your own juice by mixing the ones you like. The staff is super friendly and i go in there and they let you hangout in one of their relincers as you try different flavors. Just trust me when i say this is the place to go. If you are into pastry/​creamy/​none fruity try the midas cinnamon roll juice

was by far the best shopping experience I’ve had in many years for anything. They are friendly, patient, efficient and most importantly — knowledgable. I was so pleased with the service I received, I tuned out the benefits of the membership/​rewards program they have (Which also means they weren’t pushy about it). By simply giving them my phone number, I’ve effortlessly earned several free juices. I was so intrigued by their setup, I actually read their «about us» on the site. It’s not often that you walk out of a store and feel like there’s some sort of company creed. Good job guys.

I’m from San Diego where we have not only an abundance of vape shops, but also a number of craft ejuice makers who brew up their own extracts and hand mix to my taste. I only had enough time to hit one shop and had the good fortune to land at Ecig. As I don’t tolerate PG well, he mixed me up a tasty juice 80⁄20. Now I can confidently start my drive home without worry. PLUS: I got 41 ml for about $ 20…incredible!

very overpriced about double that of other e cig shops, and they don’t even mix on sight all pre made e-​liquids! The test e liquids are also much sweeter than the ones you buy. I do like the rewards program they have other e cig shops need to pick that up. But over all this is a rip.

I was referred to Austin City Vapors by a co-​worker of mine and my expierence was excellent! The gentleman who assisted us, Mark, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I know very little about Vapor and all of the accessories and he took the time to explain all the different devices, different juices (I even got to try the different types before deciding), and he even assisted me in setting up the device and explaining to me how to work everything properly. The device I bought was a gift but my sister and I will definatly be going back to purchase our own. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Their service and product is top of the line!
