History

Established in 1999.

In June 1988, ExecuCar was launched in Phoenix, Arizona. ExecuCar was founded to give the corporate customer a private, luxurious way to travel. More comfortable than a taxicab and more cost-​effective than a limousine, our 350 sedans now operate in 14 metropolitan areas across the United States serving 23 airports. ExecuCar is known for its exceptional customer service and its well trained, experienced and courteous drivers.

Every time I have used ExecuCar it has been a great experience. The drivers are all very professional, polite, helpful and they get us to our destination safely. Also, they are always on time and their vehicles are nice and clean.
Using ExecuCar relieves the stress of having to catch shuttles or cabs when you’re in a strange city. I will use them for all my travels.

Booked an airport pickup using the website just a few hours before i took my flight (late night) The process was very easy and I received email and SMS updates.
At the airport, the driver was waiting for us at the baggage collection and helped us wheel our baggage to the car.
The driver was very polite and we had a smooth ride home.
Overall, very impressed by the service. Great value for money.

Called darn near last minute on a Saturday, during SXSW, and they were able to accommodate my request… miracle! Driver showed up in a suburban, which was nicely kept interiorly/​exteriorly and mechanical wise. He was very respectful. Asked if the cabin temp was fine, and if the music was tolerable. Part of my request was to be picked up hours later at the same drop off location. We quickly realized we were ready before the pick up time, so we decided to head to the pick up spot. My wife stated that she hoped he’d be early, and what do u know, he was! When asked, he said «people are usually more then ready before their requested pick up time.» All-​in-​all he was a very courteous and professional driver with very good traffic dodging capabilities. I’ll definitely be using their services again, as well as referring their services. Just be aware of a very particular dispatcher. He is very serious about having your pick up and drop off location zip code and physical address ready before you place the call.

I highly recommend Execucar in Austin. The driver met me at baggage claim with my name on his tablet, collected my bag, and whisked me out to the waiting SUV which was clean and shiny. He drove expertly, was friendly and supplied just the right amount of conversation. It’s not an inexpensive car service but worth the money.

The best car service we have ever used. Our driver, Tomie P., was incredible. Safe, professional, polite, timely. Our flight was on time so I can’t address any of the issues others have experienced with delayed flights — but I can tell you that we will use them again next time we need a service. And hope that we are fortunate enough to have Tomie drive us again.

My experience with ExecuCar of Austin has led to me switching all of my business to this company nationally. I have experienced nothing but the most professional attitude and behavior from Abraham, the best driver ever, as well as drivers in other towns. I highly recommend this service to any professional who does not have time to mess with sloppy cab companies where drivers may or may not show. Abraham is always early waiting on me and navigates traffic like a pro without speeding or comprimising any safety.

I had used execucar before without much issue. But if there is a chance you may have a flight issue, delay or change that is out of your control, buyer beware. they are not going to work with you at all and actually are going to be a bit smart about it and go back to policy. they wait 30 min and call. i was on the plane, duh… so wanted to charge me full price again. i don’t think so. lost a loyal and frequent client in one swift stupid customer service mistake. flight issues happen all the time with the airlines and their customer service was terrible. do not use.

Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on me. So, I guess this is shame on me. But I’m writing the review anyway. Earlier this year, Execucar of Austin failed to pick me up at the airport. I arrived. No driver was there. They’d had me down as a no show, which wasn’t true since I’d just gotten off the plane. But, it looked like something had gone wrong with the dispatch and I figured it could happen. I took a taxi home. We had used execucar many times and I’d always been happy before. To be clear, I’ve used them maybe 15 – 20 times.
Last night, I arrived at the airport, got off my plane, at midnight, with my 9 year old son, and there was no car waiting. I called the dispatch number and they told me that I’d already been picked up. I told them, obviously, that wasn’t possible. It was midnight, the scheduled time of my plane arrival, and I was at the airport. How could I have been picked up? They had no answer but there was no car coming for me nor did they make any effort to get me a car. So, at midnight, a woman alone with a 9 year old child, I had to find a taxi to take us home. The man on the phone had no solution except to tell me there was a taxi stand outside.
Leaving me at the airport once I can write off, twice is unacceptable. Or maybe once should have been. I’m done. Perhaps they won’t care about losing our business but our 15 times a year of using them is over.
I’ve called them today and I got told my case was in front of their manager and they’d call me back. That was hours ago. No phone call yet.
Update 24 hours later. Heard from the manager today. They have refunded my money and he was very sorry.

They always arrive 15 min earlier than the scheduled time. Service is very professional and take the fastest route to the final destination. I will keep them in mind for the future to go to the airport or for special occasions when we don’t want to drive.

I regularly– and I mean regularly (traveling for business 3 – 4 X month) take ExecuCar of Austin. Mostly to and from the airport — but sometimes personally for dates, ACL, etc. I absolutely love the dependability, personal service and comfortable clean ride. Not having to drive to the airport, park and haul luggage allows me to work, relax and not stress in traffic. It’s a huge relief and luxury in an otherwise harried, stressful business trip. I highly recommend ExecuCar– and have done so for many of my friends and colleagues. The drivers are professional, friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you are picked up and dropped off on time– and safely.
