My boyfriend and I had been struggling for a while with back and neck issues. After many restless nights we finally decided to invest in a mattress together. We were so impressed by the excellent customer service. All thanks to Robby Saul :) He was so knowledgeable and familiar with all the different mattresses and their quality. Instead of feeling over whelmed with all the different choices, we were able to discuss with him our problems and narrow down the top 3 choices that would suit us best.
We highly recommend not only this location, but Robby Saul as your expert in making such important investments.

My wife and I have spent the past few months discussing getting s new mattress and when we finally pulled the trigger we were very happy we did. We bought a king size mattress and box spring with frame and had it delivered 2 months ago. I am writing this because we love the bed but the frame just didn’t sit perfectly straight. I called within a week and within 3 days the company delivered a new frame and box spring just to be sure everything layed perfectly. My daughter and father have purchased from Factory Mattress and Robbie was the salesman who helped each time. We are so pleased in dealing with such a reputable company, positive sales people, and good customer service all around. I recommend them without hesitation.

We had actively been shopping for a new mattress for the past couple of months at all the «big» mattress stores with no luck. All the mattresses we liked we easily in the $ 3000 range, but when we came to Factory Mattress we found the perfect one for 1⁄3 the price. The salesman Mike was helpful, friendly, and did not make us feel pressured, plus he was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and warranties. The whole purchase process was incredibly easy and only took about 30 minutes. We will definitely be recommending this store and Mike!

Sales person was extremely helpful. Matched a price for a different bed that I had seen elsewhere and gave me a good deal on the extras. They were able to deliver the next day which was nice. The delivery people were super helpful and even moved some of my other furniture for me. Would definitely shop here again!
