I was referred to Dr. Fain after my breast cancer surgery. I’ve been his patient for 3 years and I see him every 4 months. He is pleasant, kind, professional, and patient. He is more interested in listening than lecturing. He never makes me feel rushed even when I know he’s behind schedule. He was very respectful of my decision to forgo tamoxifen therapy even though it went against his preference. I like him as a person, trust him as a doctor, and recommend him wholeheartedly.

Dr. Fain is AWESOME! I have been seeing Dr. Fain for years due to high WBC’s. I wish I could see him as my primary care doctor because he is just so knowledgeable & has great bedside manners. He’s really friendly & truly cares about his patients. I don’t understand the people that go on here & leave negative reviews about not being able to book an appointment(I’ve seen it on other physicians’ pages as well)…they haven’t even MET the doctor! Crazy. Jamison clearly has issues & doesn’t know how to properly book an appointment. Why would you fax the doctor test results when they don’t even have you as a patient?! Anyways, I just felt I needed to come here & let everyone know my experience. Fain is great & the on-site lab technicians are awesome as well — RHONDA rocks! I always have issues getting my blood taken because my veins are small, deep, and like to wiggle. Everywhere else I’ve gone in the past I’d come out with about 3 – 4 band aids from all the poking, but Rhonda always gets blood in 1 try. love it!

I never got past his office staff. I faxed in some insurance cards and blood test results for my elderly mother and put on the fax cover sheet my mother’s phone number in BOLD on the front top of the fax. I received a phone call from his office staff and the woman said, «why did you fax this to us?’ When I told her my mother was referred to Dr. Fain and would like to make an appointment with him. I told the woman to call my mother to set up the appointment. She then said, «what do these blood tests mean and why are you calling the doctor?». Yikes! I told her, if I knew what the blood tests results meant I would be a doctor. She was extremely rude to me over the telephone. Our healthcare is terrible. It’s a wonder this doctor has any patients.
