Fills my needs. Quality was great. Timing was great. Will use them again.

Always a wonderful experience. We order banners for UT tailgates and work sites; as well as decals for our work trucks. They are always quick to respond and efficient. We also order brushed aluminum plaques for our Yeti’s that we use for employee Christmas gifts. It’s so awesome to just shoot them an email and wait for them to let me know when to pick up our items!

Their promptness was superb & also the same person I was emailing with back and forth was the same person I spoke to on the phone and in person-​making my experience pretty seamless.
Great response times and very customer oriented! They did everything that we asked for and even actually reminded me that our order was ready at the exact time they said it would be ready.
The price was fair as well-I’ll be using them again for more work :)

Service at Fast Signs was actually good. They’re responsive and help move the process along. I asked for examples, and I selected the one that I liked. The finished product was completely different. I liked the acrylic standoff yet I actually got a sign that looks like it’s on poster board. There was a huge disconnect between what I liked and what I got. Not sure how we could have gone wrong with such clear preferences. They charge your CC before you get your sign so you’re locked in essentially. Wish it was a better experience. Hopefully they’ll resolve the miscommunication quickly!
Update: They fixed our issue quickly with a new sign that looks beautiful and met our expectation from the initial conversations. Well done and great service. Very impressed.

I have used them several times and have always gotten great friendly help along with a very professional job. But this last time, it was even better. I called with a last minute special order that I literally needed overnight. They were very helpful in making that happen. They even had a couple of people stay late to make sure that could have my order.

FastSigns Ben White has been a great resource for my company. They are quick and precise in their work and always willing to assist me in improving my projects. I really appreciate how detailed they are in confirming the order and ensuring the images aren’t too pixelated or print in odd colors. I use Fast Signs for a major vinyl printing project we do annually. Lewis and Karen are top notch professionals. Key selling point for me is their quick turn around without sacrificing quality. I always feel like our projects are top priority and I judge they treat everyone this way.
Couldn’t recommend this Fast Signs location more highly

I ordered two different types of signs from Fast Signs for my work and they did a great job with both. The first sign was an outdoor sign and Fast Signs was very careful to match the color even though we ran into CMYK vs. Pantone color issues. The second type of sign was vinyl lettering for a glass door. Fast Signs didn’t think to mention that grey letters probably wouldn’t show up very well on glass when we placed the order but when we wanted to re-​do the lettering in white they re-​printed the letters and installed it for free! Luis, the sign installer, is very friendly and had the install done in minutes! They’re a little hard to reach by email, and aren’t the best at giving you updates on your orders but I would use Fast Signs again.

First off, the guy at the front desk was rude. When I asked if they make copies he replied, «We don’t make copies, we make signs.» Well no sh*t, Sherlock.
Second, the inside of the store stinks, literally. I held my breath as I walked out the door.

NO COMPLAINTS FOR ROUTINE SIGN JOBS
A few times a year we have Fast Signs make us some polystyrene posters. Never had a problem with quality of work or turn-​around time. Pretty consistent. I can’t say I’ve shopped around to compare prices recently so they at minimum merit an A-​OK from me.

I just got back from trading in my car and lost a bunch of money because the magnet signs I bought from Fast Signs melted onto my car and caused paint damage… which translated into a much lower trade-​in value on the car. The signs advertise my business and are the second of 3 sets that I’ve used on the car. The first set I had (from Signarama) came off my car easily, like a magnet is supposed to do, even though they were on my car longer than this set. The 3^rd set (from Austin Graphics) were less than HALF the price of the ones from Fast Signs and although they didn’t look as purty as the ones from Fast Signs, they did not ruin the paint on my damn car. I don’t know what Fast Signs is using to produce the magnet signs, but they were so stuck to my car they came off in pieces and the dealership will have to repaint the car.
I also purchased vinyl lettering for my back windshield from Fast Signs and was not happy with the way they installed it. The lettering was not really level… it looked like I’d installed it myself and I expected better from them since this is what they do every day.
If you are purchasing graphics for your car, my advice is to run away from Fast Signs. Go to Signarama or Austin Graphics and protect your car from this kind of mishap!
