I would never use this company again. They did not honor the contract. The house was left in a total mess, with extensive damage. Potential buyers told me they were scared off by the two barking dogs which First Impressions allowed the ‘resident’ to have in the home. In addition the ‘resident’ was sub-​letting the house to another renter.
First Impression Homes made a horrible first impression for my potential buyers.
