Five Star ER is locally owned and operated by the physicians of Emergency Service Partners, L.P., a respected provider of emergency physician services to hospitals and health systems across Texas for more than 27 years.

Marysol I.

Manager

Marysol Imler is responsible for planning and directing operations at all Five Star ER locations, including overseeing financial, marketing, design and patient-​experience functions. She brings a wide and diverse skill set to Five Star ER, including more than a decade of experience in nursing and healthcare consulting. Her clinical career comprises work as an emergency department nurse in Austin, as well as critical care and surgical nursing at various locations in the Austin area.
