History

Established in 2011.

I started this business in 2011 when I accepted a subcontractors position with a local copier company. I was soon subcontracting for 5 copier companies in a very short amount of time. Since I’ve been in the business both as a tech and service manager for 30 years, mostly in the Austin area, I decided to open my own business. Through word of mouth and referrals I’ve been growing steady ever since.

I am one of the few original Austinites. Class of 78 Lanier high school, St Edwards univ.,

Started with Xerox in 1984 on the 1035 copier and the Memorywriter typewriter, then on to Texas Copy and IBM typewriters and Canon fax machines and copiers. Flash forward to Austin Connect and Panasonic and Kyocera copiers then Amerx and Minolta. The last 12 years as a service manager and trainer. I have been trained on and certified on over 50 products and have taught Canon fax courses.
