We had tile installed in our kitchen. Seth was our sales person. He was such a «down to earth» guy that was very personable. He was thorough and explained everything in detail. He worked through all the details of getting our tile installed, trying to give us breaks if he could. I loved the suggestions that he came up with. The tile installer he used was great and worth the wait! I would suggest using Seth as your sales person.

Been a few years now since FCI came and reinstalled laminate floors in my home office after some water damage due to flooding throughout the house. The service was exceptional and completed in a timely manner.
Two years later and the floor looks as amazing as it did when it went in and no issues have come up. I’m definitely going to try using them next year when I renovate the living room. Thanks Rene for everything!

We used FCI for some hardwood floor repairs in our old home and were very satisfied with the results, so when it came time to order a large installation job in our newly-​purchased home, we gave Tom Manion a call again and he and his crew came through with flying colors. He provided us with good advice, answered questions as they came up, and got the job done on time. The floors look great, and we couldn’t be happier.

After getting several bids for putting engineered hardwood in my entire condo (except for kitchen and bath), I went with Floor Coverings International, and could not be more thrilled with the service, the product, and the overall experience. Reni Salazar, the owner, is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, really listens to what you want, understands your budget, takes your vision and makes it happen. His prices are competitive and his crews are top notch. I LOVE my new floors… they are GORGEOUS. I highly recommend. Will post a pic soon. :)

I highly recommend this place. We worked with Brian Craft and he was very knowledge and portrayed excellent customer service. We had to complete a bath shower project within 2 weeks and FCI made it a breeze. The tile/​stone samples were bought to our home and we had an in home consultation. This was definitely a highlight and time savor.
I’ll definitely go with them again.

A big thank you to Rene and Co! I bought a new/​used house last spring. Even though the house was build in ’84 the flooring in the kitchen, dining, and bathrooms looked like they were from Nucky Thompson’s era! We put up with it for awhile but after a few months the Mrs. couldn’t take it. Called Floor Coverings International and Rene had a quote for us by the end of the week. We decided to go with him since he was the only floor guy that showed up when he said he was going to. The work was top notch, install guys were perfectionists and respectful of my new home. Job was completed on time and at the exact price I was quoted.
Thanks for the job well done! Would recommend hands down!
