Good fresh and always friendly! There are many options downtown but this one is always fast and fresh, and most importantly CONSISTANT!

Until a couple days ago, I didn’t know the place existed. A friend of mine was so excited that Floyd’s had reopened, telling me about the sandwiches and what not. So I decided to give them a try today and was very pleasantly surprised! I tried the turkey Ruben on sourdough and it was excellent! Great product for a reasonable price! I will definitely be back to try other sandwiches and the salad bar! Thanks again. Great job!

So I understand the concept of office eateries being above all, convenient. But it always seems like they purposely undermine quality and basic culinary proficiency because they can. That said, Floyd’s is just OK. Nothing mind blowing, nothing bad. I ordered a chicken peso sandwich and *everything* involved with it had that«Sysco» flavor. Everything. Additionally their ordering/payment line is just completely out of whack. There were no more than five people at the counter, but people were hoping in line from nowhere, including myself. I could not imagine that place during a rush.

Just as an FYI, this is located on the first floor of 301 Congress building inside the building. Pretty much everyone who goes here works in the building. I don’t think this should necessarily be the case, however, because Floyd’s offer great, home-style food at some of the best prices in downtown. Breakfast offerings are pretty limited(breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, tacos), but cheap and fresh. Lunch is more of the sweet spot where they offer a rotating daily plate lunch, a super well-priced salad bar, and great homemade soups. The menu can be found on their Facebook page, but they serve things like roasted chicken, enchiladas verdes, loaded baked potatoes, and quesadillas usually served with some vegetable side. All meals are prepared day-of and in house. This place has great prices for downtown and offers pretty darn good food. Beyond this, I am a huge fan of the staff! You venture into the 301 Congress building, I think you might like what you find at Floyd’s.

I didn’t expect much walking into this place but HOLYCOW they have the best gluten free bread and presses! I got the chicken cordon bleu press– delicious! I’ll be eating here all the time now. It’s cheap, fast, and healthy. Way better than waiting a long time for an over priced lunch like most other places downtown. Aaaaand they have gummi bears in bulk!

Very happy with new management! Lots of new, fresh food options, including a salad bar and soup of the day. Neel’s Café has transformed into the new(and improved) Floyd’s Coffee, Market, and Café. Great daily place to eat while working in the building.
