Of course you wouldn’t «know» who I am, Yanni… people are just NUMBERS to you. Attorney Mason is the joke of a lawyer that «handled» my case. Everyone do yourself a favor, and go to another personally injury attorney… these guys do not care…

What a great experience from the start. Spoke with Attorney Funk the day of my accident and from the beginning he and his office handled everything. They set me up with a chiropractor close by, spoke with the nagging insurance companies of the other parties involved and within 2 months I was walking out the door with my settlement. Attorney Mason was professional, responded to all questions I had and never missed a beat. I have to say I was quite impressed with Attorney Mason at Funk & Associates. I was unfortunately involved in a vehicle collision causing personal injury in mid-​March 2015. I did my research, contacted and personally spoke with Attorney Funk who then handed my case to Attorney Mason. I submitted a very well detailed description of the incident to Attorney Mason. It also helped that the driver at fault was given a few citations to bolster my case. And here we are just three months later and I received my settlement just yesterday. I’m told industry turnaround time for a case like mine is approximately one year. The only constructive criticism I can provide to Attorney Mason is that I had to provide the same information to him a few times. But I’m certain my case wasn’t the only one he was handling. Overall, these are well skilled professionals at Funk & Associates who know what their doing. You can be certain that if ever I am involved in a personal injury case again, these are the ones I’m going back to. Yes… that five stars!
