Jane and team did a fantastic job installing racks, shelves, and a bike holder. My garage has never been so organized. They gave excellent advice and even came back weeks later to raise a rack for me. I highly recommend them.

Excellent install experience with Jane and her team. We had epoxy floor, shelving, overhead storeage etc installed and couldn’t be happier. The system is an investment, but we know we have increased the value of our home with this added storage and high quality product. Jane was very accomodating to our move in date and got everything complete just in time.

Awesome to work with from start to finish! From our first appointment/​estimate to the install date everyone was very courteous and on time. Jane and her team are just the best. They designed a monkey bar storage system that works perfectly in our awkward garage and gave us some options that I didn’t think was possible. We also had an epoxy floor applied, which is nothing but perfect. There was a plethora of colors to choose from. The warranty they offer cannot be beat. I would definitely use them again.

They installed a incredible strong rack system in my garage so I could pull in my car and still store things above.
It needed to be lowered a few inches to fit our tubs but they did that with great professionalism and ease.
The owner Jane is an incredibly driven and hard working person clearly committed to provide the best solution for you. My wife and I were so impressed and happy with the results.
It took me awhile to post my review, I have had the racks for over a month now and was able to completely organization system. I am so happy having more room in my garage and stored our holiday and sports equipment.

I got so tired of looking at a garage that was in complete dismay. The floors were a grim grey and I had stacks of boxes, tools, etc. that finally made me say «enough». I called Garage Monkeyez and they came out to look at the garage. They made some great suggestions and sent a detailed quote with drawings. I went to their showroom and looked at the quality of their work and got a very good vibe that they knew how to make my garage GREAT.
What I really love about this company is the way they went out of their way to make it as easy on me as possible. They even delivered a truck for me to pack my garage up so they could do their work. The first thing they did was the flooring. I was really impressed with the amount of time they spent on the prep. They don’t just slap down epoxy. The floor gets stripped, patched and the dust is removed so they are applying the coatings (yes plural) to a pristine surface. It’s not a one day process, but it’s WORTH it when you see the results!
Once the floor was done and cured the cabinets came in and the installation team were pro’s. Very professional, extremely detailed, making sure the cabinets were level so that drawers and doors worked with ease.
The owner, Jane, was always communicating with me so that I knew everything going on… who would be working at my house and what time they would arrive. Highly recommend them. They really take pride in their work and my garage looks like a showroom.

The folks from Garage Monkeyz are certainly pleasant but that is where it ends. We hired them to do our floor in our Hangar at Breakaway. The material or the installation was faulty. It has bubbled, discolored and came up. We have been left hanging with no solution. I will be happy to send pictures to anyone considering having a floor done by Garage Monkeyz.

Can’t tell you how pleased we are with the garage renovation that Garage Monkeyz just did for us. Jane looked over our space and needs and designed a plan that works so well. Patrick arrived promptly on Monday morning to start preparing our cement floor for epoxy finish. He finished on time for Terry and crew to start assembling the cabinets on Thursday morning. Job completed Friday afternoon. They all were gentlemen that we were happy to have on our property. Before leaving they wiped down (inside and out) all our cabinets. Highly recommend this company.

Bought a brand new house recently and needed storage space desperately so I called Garage Monkeyz and Container store to see what they might propose.
Representatives from both companies came out and bid on the job and we whittled them down to apples to apples.
Garage Monkeyz was more expensive but it made sense because we were a lot more impressed with their product and staff (plus really good reviews on here).
So…
We booked them to come out and anxiously awaited the time when we could get all the boxes off the floor! If you’ve ever moved then you know how mind rattling having boxes everywhere can be.
Here’s where the problem came in.
A few days before we were to get our shelves installed our rep called to let us know she made a mistake and the estimate she gave us neglected to include charges for a couple thousand dollars’ worth of stuff.
In other words, we weren’t comparing apples to apples when we compared quotes and Garage Monkeyz was actually a LOT more expensive than container store for a similar amount of product (covering the same amount of space).
Pretty disappointing but at this point we had our hearts set on getting all the boxes off the floor so we moved forward with the shelves and cancelled the portion she forgot (cabinets).
Anyway… We also purchased flooring and they are finishing up today. I’d definitely rate the product very highly. Gotta give them that.
However — the way this whole experience was handled deserves 3 stars so that people are aware. Definitely not a 5 star experience.
We probably should have insisted that they honor the original quote for everything that was in her drawings but elected to just let it go for our peace of mind.
Regardless — if you have them out for a bid I would make sure it includes everything you are expecting so there are no surprises a few days before they are supposed to install.
It’s also suspect to me that they have 11 reviews that are not recommended (by Unilocal’s filter) so it’s very possible they are cooking the books on some of these 5 star reviews folks.
If you are looking at storage solutions, I hope this review helps you avoid some of the problems we faced.

I contracted Garage Monkeyz to install a set of built in shelves for storage bins in my garage. They not only did a fantastic job on the installation (great quality work, great looking shelves, and complete clean-​up), Tiffany, their sales representative went well beyond what I expected. I had inquired about what storage bins to purchase for the shelving that would fit the specific dimensions of my shelves and she literally spent hours researching options. She actually went to Target and purchased examples and dropped them by my house to look at. Mind you, we were not even purchasing the storage bins from Garage Monkeyz — just the shelving! These guys are fantastic and I highly recommend them.
This is in stark contrast to a horrible experience I had with Garage Interiors. Ken at Garage Interiors took forever to schedule a time for installation. And then he did not show up on the schedule day. Not only that but he did not respond to my polite voice mails and texts inquiring about where they were. That is when I called Garage Monkeyz and got this completely different experience. I still have not heard back from Ken at Garage Interiors. Horrible.

I had my brand new home’s garage floor done in epoxy. Absolutely fantastic! Everyone I worked with from quote to finish was 100% professional and friendly. Top notch work!

These guys are awesome and just so easy to work with. I was in the process of moving from Houston to Austin and they were able to help me with storage and epoxy flooring for garage so that when we moved in it would be all ready! They do exactly as they say and their communication is flawless. Thank you for the excellent service!

We are very happy we went with Garage Monkeyz to install a garage system in our new house. After looking at the typical retail storage/​organization stores, we realized we wanted something stronger, better quality, and a professional install we knew would last (and save us frustration and time). We found Garage Monkeyz on Unilocal and spent 15 minutes at their showroom speaking to the owner, Jane, who emailed us a quote and a CAD design within 24 hours. She was knowledgeable and helpful in changing what we wanted due to budget constraints. Pat and Eric showed up the following week and really took their time asking questions and double checking what we wanted and where, being sure heights and widths were to our expectations. They did a great job with the install, and Jane visited the following day to check the workmanship. A great company, wonderful customer service. Highly recommended.

We just had cabinets, drawers, and shelves installed by Garage Monkeyz and they did such a great job that I had to post a review right away. If you want to set your garage up nice these are the guys to call. They did an outstanding job. I would ask for William or Jane because they make sure the job gets done right and they do an outstanding job! Everything looks even better than we expected!

Garage Monkeyz recently completed a «remodel» of the garage in a new house I just purchased. The person who did the garage organization system in my old house is no longer in business, and I was concerned about finding another business that would do as good a job as in my old house.
Garage Monkeyz is wonderful! From the very beginning, with the measuring and estimate preparation, owner Jane Taylor listened carefully to me as I expressed my needs. She came to the old house to see my previous system, since I was interested in replicating it as much as possible. She was pleasant, and extremely professional. When she measured the new space, it was larger than my old one and she made suggestions for maximizing its use. And, as it turned out, she recently started carrying the cabinets I loved so much in my old house, so I got to have them at the new place!
Installation was on time, and her installers were also pleasant, professional, and on task, not wasting any work time on site, this in spite of the triple digit heat the two days they installed my storage systems.
I recommend Garage Monkeyz to anyone interested in maximizing the use of their garage space for storage.

Having formerly had a garage that needed a sherpa to travel with me to get from the entrance to my house, it was high time that I needed to get it sorted out. While I’d already put up my own storage, there was a huge amount of space around the top of the garage which was not used.
Enter the team from Garage Monkeyz… Why go with these guys?
Firstly, the owner of the company Jane is A) A veteran B) Super professional and C) One of the nicest people you’re likely to meet. On to D) Price: More competitive than anyone else: You need to consider these guys ahead of the ones in the free flyers that get stuffed through the door/​in your mail. E) Installation: Super friendly guy, quick and as sturdy as can be (the shelving… that is)!
I can now park my cars in my garage again; all thanks to the Monkeyz crew!
