I recently wrote a review of The Preserve At Travis Creek, which was very critical of their management over the last three years. To be fair, in the almost two decades I have been at The Preserve, I have been very happy. However, the last three years have been non-stop problems, significant issues with how the property is being managed, the list goes on and on. I filed a(22) page complaint with one of the senior managers, almost three weeks ago, and got no response. I then mailed a hard copy, certified, that was confirmed as delivered almost(10) days ago and no response. And come to find out, they have earned an“F” rating from the Better Business Bureau for not responding. Greystar has some very serious infrastructure issues, so rent at one of their properties at your own risk. Until they take a whole lot more seriously, these core issues, renting with them is not worth the risk. Which is sad, because The Preserve has been my home for almost two decades.

As stated by a previous poster, calling the office is pointless. There is no email contact listed on their web page. Greystar might do themselves a favor and check the Unilocal reviews of some of their communities before trying to raise the rent $ 260 per month on renewal. Their employees cite proximity to the domain as reason for the increase at my complex, yet 78758 is considered a low-income zip code. Funny how the domain doesn’t seem to have changed the demographics of the area, yet Greystar wants to charge as if it wasn’t the case.

Greystar really needs to get their act together. They pride themselves on ‘managing’ property, but I see no management of the rental property where I reside. Calling their office is pointless; you’ll just be redirected to the voicemail of someone with some BS made up property management title like any other poorly run operation. Their employees are rude and condescending and speak to you like a child. To be frank, if I acted they way that Greystar employees have acted towards me at my job, I would be fired.
