Guiltless began in 2010 with a husband and wife team determined to make healthy, gluten-free, grain-free and low carb foods taste amazing! Daniel’s background being in fitness and nutrition combined with Lindsey’s background as a personal chef, specializing in healthy, grain-free meals for individuals, families and businesses, manifested into the perfect combination of delicious food and tangible, fitness results.
