Made an appointment through the online reservation system and received a confirmation email and phone call. Husband and I showed up for the appointment and it was not in their system. After a bit of confusing conversation between three people, one of them volunteered to take our appointment. The woman was extremely nice but she didn’t make us feel confident in her because she kept entering incorrect information into the computer. We decided to leave before we could get passed the first screen. Neither of us felt comfortable moving forward with her and do not think we’ll go back to that location. Today I received a phone call and automated voice message for H&R Block saying they were sorry I missed my appointment and hope I will reschedule. What!!! If I’m going to pay $ 100+ for tax assistance, I want great customer service and someone who at least acts like they know what they’re doing.
