DO NOT use this guys. They may be just collecting your personal information for other scam reasons. And I only say that because of the shady practices of customer service. IT IS IMPERATIVE that as a company that thrives on email technology to respond immediately to customers. They need a case management product tool that allows the customer to see every step and action being performed on their status. We don’t know who you are. We trusted you because creditKarma recommended us to you. I received loan documents with numbers and figures we did not agree upon. How is this ok?
Ok. Some time has passed and they honestly got better at delivery and explained what happened during the lengthy downtime. They are not scammers. They went the distance with me and made good. Actually they got me a better interest rate than what was originally discussed. I worked with Charles McNerny and recommend him for collaboration.

After giving this company all of my information including my social security number, no one from their office followed up. Continuously for two weeks I tried to reach them for an update. Whenever I called I would get the run around. I have left several voicemails for my advisor «Kimberly». She has responded by sending an email that says to give her a call. I have responded to her emails and have given her several calls since and she has not returned any of my emails or calls.
My best advise is to not apply with this company. It is not worth giving all of your information and a credit inquiry on your credit report.

I applied and was approved, my IFS rep was name Kimberly. We spoke on the phone to answer general questions. She stated I was approved and offered a warranty and MBA or something like that. I declined that I didn’t want to pay for either and she said OK. I was emailed a Docu sign with and without the added warranties. I submitted the form without but kept getting emails stating I should sign the ones with the warranty attach. I sent an email stating I am not interested in the warranty. I was sent documents to sign and was told I had 48 hours to get the papers back. I completed and submitted the forms at Kinkos/​Fedex but for some reason the forms wasn’t returned overnight but the next day. I got an email from Kim the IFS rep. saying the refinance was voided because she didn’t get the forms within 48 hours, I never seen anything in writing from the company just from her email. I called the credit union and they offered me the same deal minus IFS 299.00 document fee. I am the type of woman that you can’t push around I read everything I am signing especially if its about money so I will not just sign stuff that’s sent to me.
I think it’s a blessing in disguise because I got a better deal on my own plus 299.00 in my bank account :)

I would like to file a formal complaint about Jose Sosa. He has not only wasted a tremendous amount of time, he is also unprofessional and full of excuses.
My experience from beginning to end:
I submit a an application to refinance our auto loan
I receive an approved email and a call/​vm by Jose
I call him back and straight to vm, then he is gone for vacation
I request to be transferred to a different rep that I can talk to over the phone on his vm
He comes back from vacation and tells me I need to submit DL, Registration, Insurance, Pay-​stub, Odometer reading and sign the Docusign, I try to call, no response.
He then sends the terms and new rates over email — no phone call.
I sign the Docusign and turn in all of the required documents on 7÷8÷2015
I follow up with the email below because my due date for Santander is due 7÷20÷15
Jose replies, he hasn’t received any documents
I call him again and he said it is my fault. He is full of excuses.
What kind of service is this? Is he suppose to represent your company? Are we suppose to trust this horrible experience over our current bank?
Conclusion, he gets all the documents and says, you are not approved due to not having a Driver’s License. I mean pardon my french but WTF?!! I am very pissed off. His communication skills are awful and he should have qualified me from the beginning before wasting my time.

Same horrible experience as Jonathan’s. What a waste of time. This guy Tyler DiPrato guy and I have the emails to show how bad this company works. They run your credit before asking important questions and after all that this Tyler guy tried to solicit my personal info to some insurance company. He asked stupid questions. Things like does it have Navigation, type of stereo system, and sunroof. WTF! That’s all standard equipment. I gave the damn VIN #! I’ve had cars refinanced and never been told questions stupid like that. Why do you think VIN#‘s are for? That was a hunch something was not looking straight with this guy. He wasted my valuable time. He wrote to call me back next day afternoon after a week of delays and now going two weeks and three emails of no replies, left message at this guys phone message and not even a simply easy reply back. I hate solicitors running scams like this. I will file a complaint to the BBB. You can find better results refinancing your car than this rip off company. People and companies that operate like this should have hefty prison terms for wasting peoples valuable time. These kind of people damage other peoples trust. A trustworthy business should NEVER have a single negative remark and adding to the first complaint, it’s looking true. Unless this company prove otherwise, this review holds as it is. From this day it’s going near two weeks of no results. I’m not going to hold my breath on this one.

This company is a total scam. DO NOT do business with these people. I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB. They had me running in circles for 2 weeks in order to re-​finance my auto loan. I have yet to pay my current lender because IFS stated they’d have all this resolved. They will have loopholes in order to finance you at the highest rate & will change/​edit/​amend their agreements in order for them to get more money then they’ll blame it on the lender, in my case Wells Fargo, them Wells Fargo will blame it on them. No worth it, look elsewhere.
Do not talk to Emily or some other scumbag named David. No wonder they don’t have a functioning/​working website. STAY AWAY FROM IFS, In order to avoid a headache, look for funding elsewhere.
