History
Established in 2001.
Molly completed the 3-year training to teach the Alexander Technique in 2001. She taught the Alexander Technique in Massachusetts and Missouri before establishing her private practice in Austin in 2012.

Business Owner
Molly has been teaching the Alexander Technique since 2001. In 2010, she completed a PhD in Neuroscience & Behavior from the University of Massachusetts to study postural control and movement coordination and received a post doctoral fellowship to study back pain and occupational health at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. In 2013, Molly completed her certification to teach Alexander-based Shaw Method swimming. Molly loves helping students reach health and performance goals they never believed possible.
