They do not make it easier for you. Two years ago I wrote a review about this place and I hopped there will be some changes. There were some changes, staff changed and finally the company sold it to the ballpark. But if you are hoping something got better then you have to see a doctor because you might have a brain damage.
The place become worse. The staff are rude and so demanding. I don’t know but feels like some of them are racist.
They treat you like piece of garbage. Everything inside is broken, apartments are full of bugs, the just fix exterior. Exactly like the staff, evils in nice clothes.
If you have dignity and self respect never ever come to these apartments.

I’ve been really debating on writing a review on this complex and debating which way to go. At first it was an ok experience but now its just been miserable.
August is the main move in for these apartments since it follows the school year and it was a hideous site. First, move in was at the end of August and most apartment complexes will ask for partial rent from the remaining of the month. To almost EVERYONE’S surprise, we all had to pay a full month of August because they do not do actually reduce rent depending on when you move in. So not only did everyone have to pay for a full month of August but you also had to pay for next month. You are basically paying for an extra month of rent that you do not get to stay in the apartments. Once August of 2015 comes, you have to pay for that full month even if you decide to move out and its the middle of the month. Its a HUGE rip off and they expect that all students have that type of money to throw.
Picking up the keys was a long breaking task. Not only did my keys not work to my front door (and my front door was already unlocked when I got there) but I ended up paying for a whole new dead bolt because I refused to leave my door unlocked when I left to work or to school. So yes I had to pay more out of my pocket just to secure my home. Coming into my apartment was not as bad as others especially my neighbors. I was missing some of the furnishings that should have been there, my apartment had not been painted (which by law has to be done), dryer made the loudest high pitched noises, dishwasher does not wash anything off, and my A/​C did not work at all. I could not get any cool air. It took over a week to get that fix and all it needed was more fluids… It shouldn’t take over a week to fix something so simple. Some of the other things I could get passed because I could still wash dishes, dry clothes (for a short amount of time and than eventually had to get a new dryer), and the paint I can deal with.
My poor neighbors and their parents were outraged. The apartment was just half ass done. The painting was not complete (which by law has to be done), half of the cabinets did not have doors, refrigerator had rust everywhere, half of the furnishings were not there, and there was so much more. Their apartment was not the only one that was like that. Whatever company they hired to fixed up the apartments did less than a half ass job. It was as if a hurricane and earthquake hit these apartments at the same time.
The initial experience for moving in already set the tone that it will be a very long year here.
The smaller items that I had to get fixed were fixed but some took a few weeks. Now unfortunately, a lot of the major issues that the apartments have had are barely getting fixed now and that is because the PM team has barely opened and gave the complex the funds that were needed to fix everything! Now calculate this real quick… From August til now it has been 9 months since I had a well working dryer and for others to get their items fixed. The company knows that their people are moving in on August but yet you do not provide the funding to fix anything until now? Fucking outrageous! As much as you want to blame the maintenance, you can only blame so much on them when they do not have the supplies to fix anything.
Here is the final straw for me. Its May and my a/​c has gone out and has been out since the 18^th. For he first 5 days, I’ve called or walked up to the office to ask and complain about it. I’ve lived in Texas most of all my life and you can never get use to the heat and humidity when it comes. My apartment has felt like 90 degrees or more most of the time it has been out and shows it on the thermometer. By the 5^th day I called, I finally get an unsatisfying answer from the staff saying that several a/​cs have gone out for some of the homes and they are being worked on first because theirs have been off for a month or more. WTF! That right there makes so sense. You expect us to pay for the full months rent for all of the amenities that you provide but yet, we are not receiving all of these amenities. Finally around 5 pm on the 6^th day the supervisor of the maintenance comes by saying that he has to order a new unit for me because its not responding. Why could I have not been informed about this days ago, so I could at least attempt to make arrangements to stay at a friend’s place and bombarded on their privacy until it gets fixed? Its 90 degree weather and I am not comfortable in my own home… Even the supervisor said that they finally got their funds and working as fast as they can to fix and order everything.
I am not staying here for another year and will not be moving back.

I’ve been living at the Ion at East End since October 2013. It’s the first time I’ve been living alone and I guess this would be a good learning experience for me.
When I moved in, I saw that my room was kind of small but not bothersome. My window blinds were in a terrible condition and probably should have been replaced before I moved in. Maintenance work has been spotty at best for me. My shower was clogged when I moved in (but was fixed on one request). I had to make 4 different requests to have my sink fixed because it was leaking so bad and so much since I’ve been here that mold could be seen and smelled. It wasn’t fixed until a month later. They’ve said in the past that maintenance crew are usually busy which doesn’t or maybe does surprise me.
My biggest gripe has been management. It seems like a new person is working the front office every month. My roommate said he never received any notification that I was moving in. Good thing he was not there when I moved my stuff in or things would have been pretty awkward. Good thing instead I left him a letter of my arrival and my phone number. I got 5 keys to my place but only 2 worked. Worst of all, when I got an offer to renew my lease before a certain date the first go around and get a $ 200 gift card, I immediately resigned. That was last year (2014) and I still haven’t gotten my gift card. My fault for being naïve. More recently, I gained some late fees because I didn’t have a stable enough job last year and usually paid rent a few days after the deadline. They accrue $ 10 late fees for everyday it is late. Unfortunately for me, they accrued everyday until the next month’s rent was due so it took me even longer to clear it up. I was even served two eviction notices at 2 different points. Fortunately, the new assistant manager cleared it up the confusion when the current manager, for whatever reason, never tried to do.
I’m a very low maintenance person that does not need much for me to at least be content in my surroundings. I enjoy going to the basketball court and the pool when this Texas weather doesn’t mess things up and my job is literally down the streets from my apartment on one side and downtown Austin and Barton Springs down the street on the other side. My girlfriend and my mom have both urged me to move out and I have been looking into it extensively. Since these are student apartments (which ironically there are more non students than actual students), I only pay the rent so I have the extra money to pay all my other bills and debts so that has been very convenient. These are nice apartments for the area I live in but they are in desperate need of an upgrade both inside and out.

If it were possible to give this place negative stars I would. Let’s start at move-​in August 2014:
–Everything was a mess when trying to move-​in. When I signed my lease in February I was never told I would need renter’s insurance but when I tried to pick up my keys, they told me I needed it before I was able to receive my keys. I shouldn’t have to pay for renter’s insurance if I don’t want it, especially if I don’t have the money for it. Luckily I was able to get in line with a front desk employee that was lax and didn’t need proof of me purchasing renter’s insurance. Then they also ask for $ 60 upon move-​in for an «administration fee,» something else not explained to me upon signing my lease. I’m still not sure what that admin fee was supposed to cover.
–I like to sleep with my bedroom being dark and cold. My bedroom is the furthest from the AC unit and therefore does not get air circulating like my roommate’s bedroom and the living room and kitchen. I explained this to maintenance and they told me there was nothing they could do. Um… ok? So now I had to buy an extra oscillating fan because my room doesn’t get any air circulating. *Side note: the maintenance man did not speak English so luckily I speak Spanish, but I can see this being a problem for other residents.
–November 2014 is around the time it started to get cold outside so I tried to turn on the central heating and it turns out the heater didn’t work in my apartment. Why am I not surprised at this point? It took maintenance almost A MONTH to come fix the heater. Upon fixing the heater, we found out he cut the central cooling system and did not have hot water. Texas weather is never consistent so on days it would be hot we had no AC. Maintenance also informed us our water heater was broken even though it was working just fine before they came to «fix» the heater. It took EIGHT DAYS to get our water heater replaced so we had no hot water for that long. I had to shower at the gym I work at or at my boyfriend’s place and not able to wash dishes for that time.
–Since they came to «fix» the heater, we did not have hot water unless the heater is on. The AC did not work, so we either had a hot apartment when spring came around. It took the apartment receiving a letter from me and my roommate threatening with legal action as advised by the Austin Tenant Counsel in March 2015 for them to come fix the hot water and AC issue. The maintenance man told us that he’d have to cut our central heat to give us back our AC and our hot water. Whatever dude, I just wanted not to turn on the heater to shower or wash dishes when it’s hot as hell outside.
–Our fridge stopped working 3 times before they finally gave us a new fridge and the fridge they gave us was significantly smaller than the one we had. When maintenance came by the third time around, they informed us we could possibly get a new fridge, but they couldn’t guarantee when. What??? That’s f***ing unacceptable! I wasn’t going to waste anymore money on groceries for them to just spoil. It took me going down to the office and demanding to speak to a manger behind those reflective doors to get a new fridge.
–the front desk staff is rude and uninformative as hell, especially a girl named Taya. I’ve had to deal with her and others several times for maintenance requests and asking if I have packages waiting for me. Last time I called asking if I had a package and she answered, put me on hold, transferred me to a voice mail, and then I was disconnected. When I called back, she answered and when I told her I was disconnected to which she said, «oh I’m sorry, it’s because we’re busy and no you don’t have a package.» I replied, «oh you were busy? Oh ok, thanks.» I was shocked. I work front desk at a gym and if I answered the phone in that manner I would be reprimanded. The front desk hardly ever answers the phone, too. I’ve been transferred to an answering service during their normal business hours.
Bottom line: DO NOT LIVE HERE! I knew student apartments usually have low ratings on Unilocal and didn’t think much of it, but I was sadly mistaken. Please don’t make the same mistake I made. There are other student apartments around the Riverside area that you pay a little extra for, but it’s so worth it. BUYER BEWARE!

Absolutely the worst apartment experience ever. Never gave my daughter (a student) her mail key or gym key. Advertises it’s student housing yet many many of the residents are not students. Lots of maintenance issues including mold and doors that stuck to the point my daughter couldn’t get out of her room. After negotiating her being let out of her lease and providing another tenant they turned broken lease fees over to collection and never notified her dad the co signer. His first clue was four months later a hit on his credit!

Why Unilocal has not installed a negative star rating, I have no idea. Ion at East End and their management are prime candidates for this rating.
I found Ion through an apartment locator and really liked what they had to offer. I was told to fill out an online application and turn my proof of income into the office. I did just that and showed up to turn in my paperwork and take a tour. I walked in the office and was met with surveillance cameras and two way mirrors. It was a very uncomfortable feeling. I have no problem with security. I sell surveillance and security systems. I understand the need for it. But this is student apartments. Not luxury apartments in any way. It was overkill and not very welcoming. They receptionist was lost right off the bat. Another «employee» came to help her and he told me that I was flagged and that I needed management approval to get a place there. He went into an office with two way mirrors and I stood there wondering what the hell was going on. He came back out about 2 minutes later and gave the receptionist a piece of paper. He didn’t look at me or say a word. She then handed me the piece of paper which had a 800 number on it. She then told me that I would receive an email telling me if I was approved but didn’t say what the 800 number was for. As I’m standing there in disbelief of what just happened, I get an email on my phone. I open it up and there’s my answer. I was told that I was not approved. Not by a person. Not by a Manager. An email. They didn’t have the decency to even talk to me about the situation. I looked at the girl, shook my head, and walked out of that dump as quick as possible. I’m sad to say that places like this exist in the great city that I was born and raised.

This place is wholeheartedly and pathetically just (barely) good enough, and I use the word «good» with hesitation. And, honestly, the current management has done really well – but unfortunately they can’t fix the biggest problem with this area: the community is horrible.
COMMUNITY
I’m not usually the ALL CAPS type, but just know that THIS AREA IS A PIT OF APATHY. People settle for letting their dogs roam free – I once had to kick an aggressive one twice in the face to defend my leashed pup – and leaving trash strewn across everywhere. Assholes at the gate will try to jet out the entrance gate right in front of you just because they’re too damned lazy to wait for the exit gate sensor, something that has gotten increasingly annoying considering incoming traffic has the right of way. I decided today that next time I won’t be so nice. If you choose to be an asshole, I won’t yield… insurance will rule in my favor as my truck bumper destroys your car’s body.
Right outside the front door of a unit on my floor, a pool of throw-​up sat for months, no efforts were made to clean it. Parties are regularly thrown at the pool that aren’t sponsored or in any way affiliated with the management, and yet it’s deemed okay for 100 people and a 1000-​watt PA system to drunkenly blare out through the night without the consent of anyone who actually lives here. Next-​door neighbors will turn up their music till it shakes your walls at midnight. The culture of this complex is trashy, selfish, and apathetic to a degree that’s sickening. For every friendly, kind person I’ve met here, I’ve had run-​ins with a dozen pricks.
FACILITIES
If you do in fact stick around after move-​in rather than finding that the place is so terrible you have grounds to preemptively break your lease and get out, you will find everything in a condition that’s about half the quality of what they imply in their marketing pictures. Most machines in the gym are broken, the gym’s bathroom has been «out of order’/‘under maintenance’ for the entire time I’ve lived here, and the gates are always in a state of disrepair.
MANAGEMENT
Above all else, this place has been a pit of half-​baked and poorly made decisions. The General Manager is replaced about every 6 – 10 months, and each one brings in their attempt at order or lack thereof. Water will be shut off to an entire building for maintenance, and the email notifying residents doesn’t even go out for another 30 minutes – because apparently advanced notice is beyond them. This is improving under Leticia De Los Santos, the new GM, but this place still has a ways to go.
On top of that, the accounting is, in the kindest of terms, inadequate. Not long ago, at least a dozen people were handed papers warning of an impending eviction notice, all based on false accusations of unpaid balances from late fees, etc. Rather than taking the time/​outsourcing things to find & fix their mistakes preemptively, they issued these notices and waited for the angry hordes to come in and complain before they would review the accounts and make corrections. Here lately, another series of false accusations have begun to circulate, and it’s the same story every time. THEY as the landlord want YOU as the tenant to provide proof that THEY deposited YOUR money. They ignore the fact that the burden of proof is on them and will drag their feet until you comply with their shady dealings.
FRONT DESK
This is the one area that has improved the most in my two years here. At the time of this update (June 2015), most of the staff are welcoming, understanding, and friendly – it used to often be the exact opposite. These people do genuinely seem to care and they sympathize when a poor decision is made out of their hands. Thank you, current front desk staff, for making this place a bit more bearable.
Caveat emptor: If you try and hold the people making their living off of your rent money accountable, you’ll find that most of them all too often lack the responsibility/​decency to own up to their mistakes. Tenants regularly suffer the consequences of a «management» who would be better off digging ditches, only tolerating them because it’d take too much money and time to sue this place into the ground. However, again, the management has come miles from where they were this time last year. It’s the apathetic, rude, lazy people who ruin the experience here. The price alone is about the only thing making this place even remotely worth it.

Earlier today my roommate sent me a text telling me that his car had just been towed because he didn’t have a new BLUE parking permit sticker, which the parking permit stickers are RED, and if the Ion changed it they should have let us know. That’s something really important. My roommate’s car got towed because of the laziness and incompetence of the Ion.
So I called the front desk and asked about it and Amanda at the front office (if that is her real name) told me that they’ve put notices on out cars, and sent out emails and text, which is a lie because I didn’t get any notice on my car and I had no text or emails from them, but I always get «RENEW YOUR LEASE NOW» messages so I know I’m getting their messages, they just didn’t send any message to us residents about the parking permit sticker change, and that’s messed up. She told me that «Well regardless of if you got any notice or not, sir, you still should come in and get the new parking permit.» (which is pretty much saying YEAH WE MESSED UP, BUT YOU BETTER COME GET YOUR STICKER SO IT DOESN’T HAPPEN TO YOU TOO) And so then I asked «Well, what about my roommate?» then she said «…what about him? I’ve already spoken to him. I told him what I’m selling you now.» I can’t believe how rude she was, but then again I can’t really expect anything else from the Ion. This is what they’re known for. Rude, lazy and don’t care at all.
So then I asked to speak to the manager Hemme and she said that he doesn’t work on weekends, which is understandable, apartment managers are usually not there on weekends. So then I asked if I could speak with him on Monday then she said that he longer works here. I’m so tired of this place and their b.s. Before I renewed my lease they announced an offer of a $ 200 gift card to any resident who renews their lease. I hadn’t made up my mind if I wanted to stay or not so I didn’t renew at that moment, but then like the next month they offered the «It’s not too late to get a gift card, so renew now and get a $ 150 gift card!» So I did. I thought about it, and then went to the front office and renewed my lease, but only for that gift card, definitely not because the Ion is a great place to live, but I really wanted that gift card so I renewed. Before signing the contract I asked when I’d get it and they said in August. Needless to say, I did not receive the gift card. At first they told me they’d arrive in August, then at the end of August and then after a while they just started to say that they didn’t know when they’d come in because they’re waiting on them from corporate. I don’t think I’m getting that gift card, and even worse now I’ll be stuck here for another year. I wish I had just moved out when I had the chance. This place is terrible. The front office staff, the managers, everything. Also, they always loose resident’s packages ALL THE TIME.
Do yourself a favor, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Words can’t even explain how horrible of an experience I had living here for only 3 months! To get things started when I first moved in my room had mold all around the window and there is black mold inside of the A/​C ducts! There are always nats, roaches and ants in the apartment regardless how clean you keep it.
Furthermore, when you address these issues to management they do nothing about it and when you ask to speak with the manager Jaime he is apparently soo busy and can’t see anyone so he hides in his office because he is probably very aware of how many complaints he is going to receive everyday. Also maintenance loves to come into your apartment unannounced and without any notice of an email, flyer or phone call and either move your furniture around and also take food out of your refrigerator! No Joke!
Most of the equipment in the gym is broken as well so you have to get real creative when you go to the gym so don’t let any of the pictures on their website fool you because this place looks nothing like it!
STAY AWAY from this place! The homeless people who live under the bridge next to the apartment are better off! It’s super cheap to live there for a reason!

Now if you’re like me, you must be a little horrified reading all the reviews on the east end complexes. The competing Roscoe properties, Longhorn landing and others had/​have little to differ. It’s very unfortunate that the majority of recent reviews for the Ion at East End, the complex I ended up choosing, do not reflect on the management and staff change that’s currently here. This had the most to do with why I ended up moving into the Ion. I «interviewed» with a couple of the other student housing complexes around the area. The edge creeped me out. The vibe was just not for me. I can’t explain much more from there. I also tried out «The Connection» with Roscoe properties. That $h!t was so artificial it made my face hurt underneath the skin. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I could tell I would immediately be a number in their books once I signed. After they threw a 15 month lease in front of my face, I bolted.
To start my review we revert back to what I was just talking about. The staff. Definitely the best out of all the complexes I’ve lived at. They are very human towards you. You’ll notice this quickly. They are all also very cool and down to earth people that you can talk with very easily. They are actually people you’d probably hang out with. They make an impact with their vibe from the moment you first come in to do your first tour, throughout the signing process, onward to the move in process and every where in between. It’s always pretty enjoyable to interact with them. This will matter in the long run.
One of the common complaints you’re going to get that people make to sound like a hell are maintenance request. Maintenance is actually a separate entity from the complex. All your complex can do is file the request you make. Maintenance request are pitiful at nearly every apartment complex. You have to stay diligent and persistent to get your request hurried. They really can’t do much more than that. On my end I’ve had a couple of these. The plumbing has been poor in my bathroom since move in. It just drains really slow and the toilet screams when flushing. The latter has actually become a comical character at our apartment. But yeah… we filed a request in late March or early April. I was faint in the filing and did little to follow up and stay persistent with it. We had another case where the apartment above ours was leaking water bad! It started coming through the ceiling. They took it as seriously as it was and it was repaired pretty quickly. Then my cable went out early this month and the world cup was approaching. Needless to say I followed up quite a bit on this one and it was fixed within a week. Would have been sooner but Time Warner had to handle a portion of it. So now take all three of those cases and add them together to formulate your own view. Maintenance request are never great. Don’t let that blind you into looking else where.
The move in process? How was/​is it? It was amazing. They had my keys ready for me, where pretty friendly and even had a guy come out to install completely new carpet. You felt welcomed, like they’re actually excited to have you. It was the best move in experience I’ve had. They even followed up with me about how I felt about my room mates. The room quality on move in? more than I imagined. I was curious after only being to see the 2×2 room during the walk through. I wondered how would my room, my apartment compare? The aesthetics used in the walk through room and office area can be found reflected in the actual apartments. For the most part people have done a poor job maintaining them. Not much they can do about that. Your case may be better, I moved into a lease midway. So my roommates had all already been living there for three months or so. Just know that your apartment will resemble the one shown to you or in someway can easily be that way. Now for your actual room. I wondered how the 4×2 individual bedrooms would compare. Dude! They’re huge! Like twice the size! The furnishings are all the same as well.

I have lived here for over 2 years and this place gets worse and worse. Horrible management to people breaking into people’s card and apartments to noisy neighbors.
Me and my roommates once went a week without water and they wouldn’t fix it till I threatened them to not pay my rent then they got serious and fixed it the next day. There’s always been problems with the ac working
I’ve had had crazy neighbors like the ones under me who threw dog shit up onto my balcony.
My bfs long board got stolen by one of the staff people right off my balcony because there’s no way to climb up to out balcony really and it went missing the day that they came in to do work.
The rents going up while the apartments quality is going down. More and more ghetto and trashy each day.
I’m only here because it’s cheap but that’s going to change soon. I suggest moving to an actual apartment with real roommates you know. They’re horrible at matching also.

I think the ion is amazing. I met two of there CA’s today! I’ve lived here for the past month and it was more than I expected in campus living. That’s Tae and Lea!!!

Terrible f****** place. Lived here for two years only because it was cheap. I grew up in a similar neighborhood back home so I kinda got used to it. But riverside is ghetto. People have been killed here either by getting hit by a car or shooting. Robbery happens often. Drove home one day and once I stepped outside of my car, there was a shooting right across the street. It’s not a college students only apartments so there are some ghetto ghetto ass people that live there. Upstairs neighbors partied everyday because they didn’t go to school or have a job. Not really safe to go out at night. The management sucks and could care less about you unless you go down and scream at them. My ac keeps on breaking. Mold. Bugs. Thin ass walls and ceilings. Hell no, don’t go. Run. Run far away. Fix my damn ac.

Went to move in on move in day and the apartment was not even clean! Was discussing the bathroom had tools in it like they were fixing it and was just trash and dirt everywhere. I got the manager to sign me out of my lease but still am dealing with debt collectors looking for $ 300 lease break fee. It was a pain in the ass and just overall bad management. The model looks nothing like it. Do not believe them. I would never even think of living there.

The worst nightmare! I’ve been living here for 5 months now and every week there is a new problem. Starting from toilet not working, no hot water, mold, cockroaches, apt flooded– new mold since the water in the carpet was never dried. The worst part is the office kids neglecting every problem and not communicating with the managers and maintaince. Every problem I had was not taken care of for days or weeks, there is always new people in the office, management changed twice in 5 months and its not getting any better. they are rude and act like its my fault there is mold or any of the problems. nobody wants to take a responsibility for their improfessionalism.
It’s definitely not safe here as well, cars broken into, weird people walking or driving in the property day and night and the gate is most of the time open or broken.
The worst place to live ever !

Homeless shelter would feel safer and warmer. Several people got murdered there. You can see a cross and some flowers on the ground inside of the complex. Another sign says if you see the car who ran over my daughter, I’ll give you $ 10K. People at the management thinks that they own the place and treat you like shit. So many people’s apartment got broken into, including mine. I have never lived anywhere worse than here in my entire life… You get what you pay for.

I’ve lived at Ion at East End for more than I care to think about, because the rent is unbelievably cheap. that’s the only good thing about this apartment complex. low rent. what you’re actually paying for is a moldy apartment with a less than knowledgeable staff.
the tanning bed has never worked, except for a brief 6 week period sometime last fall. they really should consider taking that off their amenities if they aren’t going to fix it. when it WAS working last year, they didn’t keep any consistency with changing the bulbs and cleaning out the bed after each person visits (the floor of the stand up bed was covered with grass, hair, and God knows what else).
every time I’ve ever put in a request for maintenance to take care of, it takes at least four weeks for them to even address it, and then half the time they would show up unannounced, hardly waiting for a response from inside before they were letting themselves in.
I have NOT ONCE received a notification about our annual Utilities bill, only a big red piece of paper saying I owe money to the apartment after the 3^rd of the month. this is just one of hundreds of examples I could bring to mind when it comes to unannounced bills and important information concerning your apartment and the office’s complete lack of communication.
the people they allow to live here is frightening. every year I’m terrified when turn comes around. that is truly the very very VERY worst part about living here, because since the staff has zero competence and allows just about anyone to live here, you can have your own home turned into the newest circle of hell overnight. I highly doubt I will even last the rest of my lease before I craigslist my room.
also, there are WAY too many kids here now. this is supposed to be student living apartment, and every time I go to the pool there are kids of every age screaming and running around. not what you think of when you hear «luxury student living», is it?
*************the security here is nonexistent. I’ve heard gunshots, fireworks, fighting, screaming, animal abuse, sirens, tires screeching and dumbasses blaring music more than I care to think about. a girl was killed in a hit and run, and her boyfriend put in ICU, and the murderer got away clean because there were no security cameras, no security guards, and the gates that are supposed to work were left wide open, like they have been 90% of the time I’ve lived here. you can see the signs her family posted up all around the neighboring intersections… who killed Katy? she probably won’t ever get justice because of how accessible the parking lot is and how careless the management is about safety.
management has changed so many times I can’t even keep count. the manager doesn’t ever leave his office, having clueless employees run back and forth with his answers. and I have never seen a staff so uninformed in my life. I could do their job better than they could, and I’ve never been anything related to it before. even if you walked in there with zero expectations, you would STILL be frustrated at how much they can’t answer without «checking in the back» or «ummmmmmmmmmmmm … I don’t know».
if you’re thinking about moving here, think twice.

I’ve been living here for a year up till today. I have nothing to complaint about this place. all the utilities work, the staff are very friendly, and each time I have problems with the apartment utilities, I’ll put in the work order, and the repairman will fix it usually within 24 hours.
They have a great pool which I bring my friends to chill and relax on the weekends. I love the pool table in the game room.
The fitness center could use a bit more machines and heavier weights, but for the most part, I have no problems with it
