Came here for a suit. Lady said she’d be right over but 20 min later I left and caught her lounging around yukking it up with coworkers. Never mind anyway. No quality or wool suits and I should’ve known that.

I had my photos taken there for the first time right before Christmas and it was an amazing experience. Sometimes, you never know what’s to come of Groupons, but the deal I received was incredible! I had Tabrina taking our pictures and she was both patient and efficient. Needless to say, she got in all of the poses we wanted and more in the short amount of time we had. Thank you, Tabrina and JCPenney for being so awesome!

Oh well, it’s OK. Everything happens for a reason, and i believe if I had already written a review I may not have written what I’m about to. So, I think it paid well. ;-)
The staff is so friendly. You can absolutely tell they love their job and do whatever they can, with a smile, to make it right. If there even was a wrong to begin with. Awesome. That’s just they way they are.
Ordered panties for my daughter online, they arrived (same size I always buy) but this time they sent me the wrong size. A 6 and a 10. A 10? Umm I don’t think so. lol. The 6 was much larger than normal and the 10, well, I didn’t order that. But I called and they gave me a $ 10 off coupon, and told me to exchange for whatever. Thank you I did. The lady was great. Easy to work with and knew what she was doing. She credited my account and and I went on my way.
Went and shopped for whatever and checked out. Easy, simple, discount reward was there. Thank you. And unsaved bookoos of bucks. ;-)

My order totaled $ 130 and I walked out paying a wimpy $ 25! Yep, you read that correctly! $ 25. and proud of it. Left there with 6 pair of pants and 6 tops for my daughter.

kudos to the JCPenney portrait studio– our 10min time slot turned into an hour and they were patient and fabulous trying to get my 3 month old to calm down for our pictures! (It was an all out screaming fit!). Ultimately we got the pics but couldn’t have done it without all involved! (3 of them and husband and I!). Thankfully there was no one else scheduled after us!
