FHA Loans — buy a home with low down payment options, with lower credit scores and all funds can be gifted by a family member

VA Loans — 100% financing option with no mortgage insurance.

Conventional Loan — As little as 5% down with great ARM and Fixed loan program options

USDA loans — 100% financing with low mortgage insurance, available in certain rural areas

Home Renovation Loans — Finance up to 50% of the future value to be used for repairs and upgrades to your home on a conventional loan.

Bond Loans — used in conjunction with one of the above programs, used as down payment assistance. Programs include SETH, HFA preferred, TMPT 79 and TSHAC bond.

History

Established in 2002.

Shortly after graduating in 2002 from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State) I began my career in the mortgage business as a Loan Originator. Since then I’ve held positions as Team Leader, Branch Manager and Mortgage Broker, all of which I personally originated, closed and funded loans. My license is under The Texas Team at Supreme Lending which has proven to be a top performer among Austin mortgage companies. I am a Top Producer in my office and look at strive to be the #1 Supreme Lending originator for 2015. My business is by referral basis only which has allowed me to spend 100% of my time and energy on clients that were referred by past clients or Real Estate Agents. First and foremost I would like to thank my hard working and loving parents that raised me with humility, class, respect and determination. They gave me the drive to be the best and never give up; I attribute much of my success to them. I was lucky enough to marry my college sweetheart, Jordan Cobb, who I extremely admire for her ambition and focus on our personal and financial goals. Last year we were blessed with a beautiful boy named Cruz Asher Cobb who is now 16 months old and we are both enjoying our lives as new parents.
