Staff helped me print and cut Save The Dates for a friend’s wedding. They were very patient while I made the final tweaks and charged a reasonable price for double sided color prints! Plus they always have blue books in stock as well as other office and school necessities

I’ve never had a business call me a liar, which the business owners implicitly did multiple times. When I called to explain that I had only been given one volume of a two volume set, they insisted that it was impossible. People make mistakes; it is possible to only give me one book. I don’t appreciate being treated like a liar.

Jenn is so helpful and friendly! She makes course packets so easy to do — they scan the articles/books and obtain copyright info for you(a professor’s dream!). The prices are very competitive and work is done very quickly. I’ve also had my dissertation and thesis binded here and it looks great. I cannot say enough about how helpful they have been every time I’ve worked with them. They are also very friendly. I’m surprised people have had negative experiences — I’ve been using Jenn’s for years and keep going back because I have no complaints about service, quality, or pricing.

I came in to get a color copy blown up. The girl working barely looked up when I came in, couldn’t answer basic questions about types of paper, and then she tried eight times to make my copy and concluded that«it wasn’t possible because of the color brown» I had printed part of the text in. THEN, she proceeded to STILLCHARGEME for the copies she’d unsuccessfully made! I wanted to go to some place local, but Kinko’s did this for me for $ 5 in 5 minutes.
