Delicious sandwich, mixed service. The young man at the counter was welcoming, and my sandwich arrived with rapid speed. But here’s the thing. The service was so rapid, by the time I asked for mustard, the sandwich was all wrapped up for me to take home. When I asked for mustard, the employee making the sandwiches(a young woman) looked *disenchanted*. She said she would have to unwrap the sandwich to add the mustard. My thought at the time: Yes. Yes you will. The sandwich was then given back to me, without so much as a «have a good day». Fast service means nothing without quality customer service. Thank you, but I’d rather folks take their time making food I’ve purchased, rather than rush and complain! Advise delivery rather than going to the restaurant itself.

For a chain, Jimmy Johns makes sandwiches quick and delivers at a very consistent and speedy pace as a wonderful lunch/afternoon lazy snack option. My husband swears by the #3 tuna salad sandwich, while I go for the #4 turkey tom. Both are great staples, the online ordering system is very intuitive and quick to process and enter in your delicate orders. When I go into the store and order, I typically just order the way it comes. Thus, picky eaters, the time you can take to make your sandwich just right can be done online with NO judgement! Maybe even a free pickle ;) When I’ve ordered online but not added delivery, but for store pick up, I pick my time slot of when I want the sandwich made, and swing by and pick it up as it’s sitting there patiently waiting for a new home at the pick up counter, and drive myself home with a tempting sandwich. Amazing. Food ready quick, consistent, my husband swears by them due to the consistent delivery within our hood. Also, who doesn’t love their humorous ads on the radio? Freaky fast!

The sandwiches are always packed with fresh veggies and fresh bread. For something a little different try the Beachclub on wheat. Just tried the«un-sandwich» today and it was actually good. Great alternative if your gluten free or Atkins diet restricted. Only thing lacking is the delivery that’s not so freaky fast. Otherwise, 5stars.

The Jimmy John’s franchise has by far my favorite sandwich, the«beach club» w/no mayo. This particular Jimmy John’s establishment is awesome! The employees are friendly and the food is made fast. I will refer everyone I know here!

I’ve gone in here and have had it delivered a few times. It’s been super fast either way. Sometimes they deliver in literally 10 mins. I don’t think it’s ever taken more than 20 mins or so which to me is pretty fast. They are a little weird about their peppers. I wanted a slim with peppers on the side and they could not do it. I didn’t want the peppers free… but they just could not do that for some reason. I had to order the regular sandwich with nothing on it to get peppers on the side. I think of this as being a bit quirky more than anything bc it’s about the same price either way. Just sort of silly. I love ordering online and won’t order from places where you can’t order online. Their system is great and really easy. The delivery people are always really nice. They’ve always gotten my order right even though I usually order a custom sandwich. I was scared of the bacon at first but once i tried it, it’s actually really good! I am disappointed bc their chocolate chip cookies seem to have changed and now they are kind of gross. They used to be so good. I tried the oatmeal cookie instead last time and they are pretty good!

Placed an order for delivery at a later time. Ordering was done online. Order arrived on time and absolutely correct. I’m happy!

Please train your employees better so that they actually know and understand the menu. It’s a sub shop, it shouldn’t be that difficult. Never thought trying to order a sandwich with bread on it would be so difficult. Left with no sandwich and will not be back.

Skip the JJBLT and #16 Club Lulu — because the bacon is raw. I even asked for extra crispy bacon and they still gave me raw cold bacon. When I approached the cashier to complain about the raw bacon, I was told that they their meat pre-packaged and frozen from corporate and that they had no way to actually cook the bacon onsite; but they could substitute for another sandwich. Too bad I really had my heart set on a BLT. BTW if you knew that you couldn’t serve me crispy bacon; tell me before accepting my money

Food’s OK, delivery is regular speed I’d say… but you don’t have a ton of options on Jollyville, you know? It probably took them about 20 minutes to bring our sandwiches; granted, we did order near closing time. On the bright side, we did adjust our order quite a bit and they didn’t make any mistakes! A sandwich with avocado could aaaaalways use more avocado, and this one definitely seemed to have about half the avocado that there could have been. Oh well– JJ’s saved us a trip out into the cold!

The sandwiches are OK. The bread is super flat(if you know what I mean.) However, they are fast! I do have a big problem with the delivery, however. If you ask for NAPKINS you will NEVER get them. This has become a pet peeve because as this is one of the only places that delivers, it is also a place I order from often. I keep asking for napkins… and never get them. Now each time I order and don’t get napkins it sooo annoying! So annoying it motivated me to come here and write a review. In addition, I asked for mayonnaise and mustard to be included in my order. Nope. Just a sandwich tossed in a sack. But hey! They are super fast! If you want fast, this is where to go. However, don’t go here if you want anything special. Special apparently takes too much time.

I ate here for the first time last night. Sadly I was extremely disappointed. I let the cashier know that it was my first time, he couldn’t have been more unenthusiastic. After we completed our order he just stared at us awkwardly, when he could have just asked if perhaps we wanted any chips or drinks or I don’t know, maybe tell us how much we owed him? As for the sandwiches, Yuck! The bread tasted like what I assume paper taste like when you chew on it, and my sandwich was Sooooooo oily I could hardly eat it. I could have made better sandwiches at home for way less of a price. Also no salt and pepper? Due to the lack of customer service and quality of the food here I will not be returning or recommending this place. I’ll stick to my thunder cloud subs.

Fast service, delivery guy was very polite. got shorted on the meat. Called to ask if they got the order right caught grief from the person answering and was transferred to an exasperated manager who SEEMED as though he couldn’t have cared less about my patronage, cut me off and shut me up with«look, I’m just gonna solve it and send you another…» Umm thanks… I guess

If you live in the area, call this store! Fastest delivery dudes on 183 hands down. My food has always been exactly what I ordered, nothing has ever gotten messed up, lost. Maybe the best JJ’s in Austin. Despite living in a ridiculously hilly, poorly labeled prefab complex, they always manage to find my building. I love this location and will continue to throw all my small bills at the cuties bringing me Sammies. Shout out to whoever runs their lunch time kitchen. You rock.

First time buying an «UNWICH». Epic fail. I walked there placed my ordered, walked back to work. Took a couple bites of my UNWICH, which had no peppers. I called to tell them how they forgot to add them & they simply replied. «Bring it back so we can put some on». After I bit into it a couple of times?” I said. «Ummm yeah» was their response. WOW.

Great sandwiches every time. Consistently delicious ingredients and they always are super fresh. Delivery ends at one mile which sucks a little(seriously… If the gps even says 1.1 miles they won’t deliver) but you can always call ahead or order online and pick it up. Even during busy lunch hours, I’ve gone in without ordering ahead and have been in and out in under 5. The JJ’s app is great too. I tend to order the same thing most of the time(Beach Club unwich with bacon) and it saves previous orders to make it super fast. The gargantuan has a ton of calories and fat so if your motto is «go big or go home» it’s the one for you. Size-wise I think for the average person it’s great. Maybe a little big for skinny bitches and small meal eaters, but I think it’s just right! The unwich is just replacing their delicious bread with crispy fresh iceberg lettuce. I’ve never had soggy or poor quality lettuce wraps from JJ’s. It does save a lot in the carb and calorie department and it also doesn’t take away from the flavor of the sandwiches themselves.

This is nothing against this location… This is for jimmy johns in general. I just think the sandwiches are boring and tasteless! They do deliver fast though so if you do like jimmy johns, order from this location. Quick no matter what! If you are ordering one sandwich, it’s fast or ordering a party platter. I’ll give them props for that.

Its a Jimmy John’s. You know what you are going to get. If you like Jimmy John’s then this location is good, although it gets a bit busy at lunch. If you have never had Jimmy John’s give it a shot, it blows the doors off of Subway. I really like their chips, they remind me of the Zapp’s brand chips.

These folks are my go to delivery«working through lunch» food for my team. Everyone likes it(or at least, no one complains), they have online ordering, they deliver(a combination of which is hard to find for a small group of people), and they deliver FAST. I love them for it. Also, the food is GOOD. Both breads are awesome. They offer an unwich for lo carb’ers. You can get a sammich there for under 10000 billion calories. You can get a giant sandwich for approximately 10000 billion calories too, so there are choices. Their pickles are awesome. I highly recommend the vito(#5) with peppers and pickles, or the turkey tom/no mayo if you’re looking for a lower cal sammich. The only thing I don’t love is ALL their chips are cooked in peanut oil(and my hubby is allergic), and they don’t have many side options. I’d love if they have a side salad or soups, but this is in a perfect world and they do what they do well.

Busy ladies require sandwiches delivered to their desks. Jimmy John’s doesn’t fail me. I quickly get a reasonably healthy lunch. I likely am made of 99% Jimmy John’s sandwiches at this point. My order: Beach Club — hold the mayo, add onions, add mustard Wheat bread if I am starving, white if I don’t want to be too full. Large tea Jalapeño chips if I am really stressed out. It gets the job done.

The sandwiches are pretty good. The bread is a frozen dough that’s baked on site. The problem is that there’s no place to eat. The music inside is too loud. I think they have it like that for the employee’s enjoyment rather than the customer’s. So I choose to eat on the patio. Three employees sat down at the table next to me for a smoke break. One of them apologized, but made little effort to spare me exposure to his smoke. He was also spitting, which wasn’t very appetizing. The employees also herd around the soda machine. Between the delivery drivers making drinks for delivery, and the fact that employees get free soda, as long as the use a paper snow cone cup, it’s tough to make a drink for yourself.
