I am an attorney Board Certified in Administrative Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. John D. Pringle, P.C. is a full-​service, general civil practice law firm with a concentration in administrative law. I specialize in the defense of administrative violation allegations including alcoholic beverage law, health care agencies, and insurance. I represent individuals and businesses before Texas state courts.

In addition, I focus on business start ups. I help clients choose the appropriate type of legal entity for clients’ businesses. I create corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and partnerships. I assist in the creation of partnership agreements, certificates of formation or articles of organization including company agreements or regulations. I will help secure an assumed or trade name for the business.

I have extensive experience representing clients at contested case hearings before the State Office of Administrative Hearings as well as before other state agencies such as the Texas Medical Board, Texas Board of Nursing, Texas State Board of Pharmacy, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation and Texas Workforce Commission. I have handled numerous medical disputes and administrative violation cases including health care licensees. I have tried cases before the state District Courts, and have argued cases before the state Courts of Appeals and Texas Supreme Court. I am licensed to practice in State of Texas courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
