Tried to confirm reservation the day before party, called and lvm. Couple hours later still no call back. Tried again and no answer. Morning of party tried to call again no answer. Still no response 1 hour before the party. Decided to call another company in a state of panic, which they were barely able to make in time for 11am party. Then at 11:45am Jump Around showed up and my not so happy wife told them to leave. Terrible communication and no response. Would reccomend going with another company and avoid the stress.

I have tried contacting them 4 times to book a bounce house for my son’s birthday party — called twice, emailed twice with NO response. Very disappointed since it’s the only place I can find with the bounce house to fit our theme. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We used Jump Around Party Rentals this past weekend for a 15×15 Disney Princess bouncy house. Found a great deal online and called Thursday looking for availability on Saturday. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Prices were the best I could find in town. The polite guys delivered it on time and picked it up the next day as promised. The equipment and bouncy house were in tip-​top shape. Next time we throw a party at the house, I’ll definitely contact Jump Around again. I highly recommend them!

We recently used Jump Around Party Rentals for our daughter’s birthday bash. We searched a lot for insured companies and found that most were not. Additionally, Billy was beyond helpful and went far beyond our expectations. Punctuality and customer service is definitely his focus.
