This was a perfect experience. Erik was super responsive via email and phone. His website provides clear directions and outlines the process. It took me about 5 minutes to drop off the required forms/​pictures (Erik provides picture service for much cheaper than Walgreen’s or CVS, FYI). A week and a half later, he emailed me to let me know my Visa was ready to be picked up.
Best prices, best service, worry-​free. Highly recommend.

Eric was very helpful in getting our Visa’s for Brazil since the consulate is less than accommodating. He was very communicative and patient with my 100 questions. Once we gathered all the necessary documents, he had our visa’s back in about a week.

If you’re in a rush and need your passport expedited, look no further! I was on a hunt for the best service and deal in the San Marcos/​Austin area, I did my research, called every place on Unilocal and Erik is it!
He offers some of the best customer service I have received in any industry! Being that this was my first passport ever he made the process smooth, stress and worry free! When I called Erik he gave me his prices and then emailed me everything I would need to complete the process step by step. He truly cares for his customers, is flexible and makes sure they understand the whole process. When calling all the other companies I mentioned that I would probably arrive a little after closing time, they told me to come by some other day. Erik was so lovely to work with. I got my passport expedited for a impromptu trip to Mexico with 6 business days to spare… It’ll cost a little bit to do so, but it can be done! Total cost was right at 400.00 with photo and court house fees included for 72 hour turn around.
Let me paint the picture of exactly what you will need to do because it’s kind of unclear with each agency and the court house is of no help whatsoever or it’ll take a long ass time for them to simply say, «come back when you have XYZ»
Ok first hop on
, fill out application and email it to the email address provided on site (
I believe) then you’ll fill out the government form called DS-​11. You can Google it (make sure it’s a .gov site, the form has a gold back ground), open, fill out, save, print. Now you’re ready to head to see Erik.
Once there he will take your forms, Pop a glamour shot, check ID and birth certificate, you’ll pay… Then walk to court house 3 blocks away. Once in and through security youll go to third floor to room 310 where they will certify all is a go. Once green light given they will then give you an envelope to take back to just passports. Then you’ll hurry up and wait for your new handy dandy passport. Mine was submitted to Erik on a Wednesday afternoon and I got it the next Tuesday.
Erik is super sweet and kind! Parking is a little limited but easy enough! Well worth it for my customer experience!

My last passport was when I was 8 years old, I am 1 week away from turning 37. Easy convenient, flexible hours. Post office hours just don’t work all that well with school or work, and although we still had to work around court hours, we were able to do most paperwork in advance, no holding on the phone for questions about whether we could expedite or not, Erik was flexible as far as setting a meeting time earlier or later at our convenience and we knew that it would get done in time for a nominal fee. Dealing with government documents has always been a nightmare for me, from long lines to rude employees, but not at Just Passports.

Ok, I waited too long to get my passport for my upcoming trip to Kitale, Kenya. I called Eric yesterday and boom, I was in and out of there today. In two weeks I will have my passport! This illustrates why we need Underdog of Unilocal awards. There are several passport agencies with good reviews on Unilocal.Last year I noticed the one with the most good reviews and used it. They delivered. But for whatever subconscious reason, I called Erik this year when we needed more passports.

I’m sure there is a way I could have done this on my own and saved a little bit of money. I’m also sure that I would have procrastinated and never gotten it done and I would have not been able to go to Costa Rica which… would have sucked.
